Description of Work: The staff is great. They changed out 5 light fixtures (4 bathroom vanity lights and one standard flush mount) and changed light bulbs in a large, high, foyer light. I thought they were a bit pricey, particularly because I am a repeat customer, but this was my only complaint. The service was excellent. I might shop around a bit next time for a more competitive price.

Description of Work: I've been using Fletcher & Son (previously d/b/a Mr. Electric) for several years. They have installed and maintained a standby generator and transfer switch, and provided a few other electrical services. I find them to be responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt, showing up on time and completing the job on schedule. Prices seem fair as well.

Description of Work: Electricians installed new meter and disconnects for two panels at service pole. New conduit and wire was run from the disconnects to the house and to the garage where the new breaker panels were installed. Work was done in a timely fashion with professional results require not further work post-inspection.

Description of Work: Mr. Electric is wonderful. An electrician came over within 1 day, looked at the issues, and gave a quote. Some of the issue were minor and were repaired immediately. The remaining issues were completed within 3 days due to the ordering of parts. Both electricians were friendly, well equipped, experienced and great to work with. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I called 2 electrical companies. Mr. Electric showed up first thing in the morning. We walked around my school together with me pointing out the problems. There were several parking lot lights out, my sign was out and lights inside the school building which required a tall ladder. He traced the sign light back to a timer that was off and fixed it imediately. He advised that 1 parking lot light was the property of PSE &G and suggested I call them. I did, and it was fixed for free. The remaining items were fixed in a short period of time. Theye were cordial and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: I used Mr. Electric a month ago and they did all the electrical work to enable me to set up a turbo generator from the tower to my house.

Description of Work: Our spa tub had no electricity going to it, their service person came out on the appointed time, he saw right away that the circuit breaker had gone bad, left and got a new one, came right back and installed it.

Description of Work: Our attic fan was making a terrible grinding noise. Two service men from Mr. Electric diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat. They re-set the "start' temperature of the fan. They advised us that even though our fan is 8 years old, we did not need a new fan motor as ours was working well.

Description of Work: Replaced electrical service mast and 400 amp overhead service wiring, reinstalled electrical meter box after storm damage.
