Appliance Master

We called Appliance Master and explained the problem. They scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician arrived right on time, took a look at the dishwasher, diagnosed the problem (broken impeller and seal), and presented us with a quote to fix it. It took a couple of days to get the parts. Then they called us to schedule the actual repair, which was done by the same technician. He fixed the dishwasher, tested it, and then showed us the broken parts before presenting the final bill, which seemed quite reasonable. This was a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely call Appliance Master the next time we have a problem with one of our home appliances.

Tech was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He advised us on our options and provided pricing.

We called them and they sent some one the same day. They diagnosed the problem and had to order parts. A few days later the job was complete. Or tech was very friendly and courteous. He explained the issue and showed my husband what the problem was.

The washer is fixed but they refuse to speak to me

The tech was able to accurately determine the cause for failure and immediately had a price quote. The part came in in timely fashion and the repair was done within days. I have been using this company for years and highly recommend them. They are professional and honest about cost of repairs and if its worth doing them.

Both appliance were old and we thought it would be costly to repair but wanted to get details. In the end we decided to get new.

John of Appliance Master did a fine job of diagnosis and eventual repair. The work was actually fairly complex, but he knew his way around a gas range and soon had us back in business. He was personable and professional, a pleasure to have in our home. We have always had positive experiences with Appliance Master.

I was impressed with the email I received showing the window of time to expect Tom S. (1:30p-3:30p) and also a photo. He arrived as expected and within a short time gave us the reason for the trouble and the cost of the part. He even checked his truck to see if he had the part to do the repair right away. I was torn because the stove is 10 years old and the repair would be around $300. Tom explained I didn't have to decide right then. I would have 30 days to have the repair done and still receive the service call discount ($79.95) deducted from the cost of the repair. I decided to pay the service fee and check out a new stove. The stove I thought about buying turned out to be deeper than my existing one and I was happier with my old stove. A new stove was going to be a lot more money than we first thought so we decided to repair the old one. Tom was able to come the next day and in no time had the repair done. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly and we would definitely call Appliance Master again (And request Tom for our tech)

We were very pleased with the service. The technician, James Crawford, was very pleasant and professional. He told us the charge beforehand and performed the work quickly and efficiently, then cleaned up afterward. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. We would recommend him to anyone else in need of appliance repair services.

The damper failed causing the refrigerator to run so cold, items on the bottom shelf were freezing. It was replaced by Mike, one of Appliance Master's service technicians on July 23, 2018. Approximately one month later, the part failed. Fortunately, Appliance Master warrantied both the part and labor, so when Mike returned on Sept 12 and installed a replacement part there wasn't any charge for the service. This is the third time I've used Appliance Master and their reliability and service make it a pleasure to deal with them. Mike has always come within the promised service window, and is very competent. Would definitely use them again.

First Tom arrived on time. Tom identified the issue and explained the ignitor was burned out. Tom walked through each step of the process and explained what was required to fix the issue. We were lucky, Tom had the part on his truck and the stove was up and running quickly. This fix was critical to us closing on a home and allowed us to complete the final walkthrough. Thank you Tom for how professional you handled this situation. My buyer was extremely satisfied!

He fix them both the washer he fixed without any parts the dryer he ordered the parts and will waiting on the parts and gave me reasonable price the show me what the part cost and the labor cost straight no bulshit straight up do the job fix it get paid Appliance Masters very good company I recommend it highly

good, needed the switch for that burner. got it in about a week, service man responded & everything was ok.. very good service & quick, came when said. service call , part, & installing part.... $106.09
