I apologize for the delay in performing your repair. On the date our technician was sent to your home his van needed to be repaired and he was forced to use a "back up" van for the day. Your repair required refrigerant replacement and this spare van was not equiped to carry these canisters. This circumstance was the reason for the second trip. Again I'm sorry for the delay.

Description of Work: I have a KitchenAid propane cooktop and it was constantly ticking. They eventually (3visits) replaced all the burners, but I still have the ticking. I don't really know if it's their fault not to have fixed it, but it seems that it takes weeks to order parts. It always seems to be a different part that is the problem. I think the cooktop is a bad design, but I'm not impressed with the service.

Everything went very well.

Description of Work: Not sure date is correct, but it was 2015. Dryer did not work; I called and within an hour or so he came; evaluated the situation; indicated he needed a part, left and came back the same day and repaired the dryer. Works fine.

Description of Work: Hired through Angie's list using $85 flat rate for diagnostic service for a Wine Enthusiast wine cellar that needs repair. The tech arrived on time and unfortunately did not know how to repair unit. Indicated that he would contact company for instruction and would get back to me. Never got back to me even after I called Appliance Master for follow up. Now, I am out $85 and still have a wine cellar that is not fully operating. I will be canceling my Angie's List subscription.
