Good. it took almost 2 weeks to replace the part .

Great experience! I was worried about hiring a company that I was unfamiliar with, but took a chance because of their good reviews. I’m really glad I did. The technician was prompt, courteous & professional. He wore booties to protect my floors which I loved. He knew what the problem was right away and explained what he needed to do and got the parts right out of the truck. I knew exactly what I was paying & it was a huge savings compared with purchasing a new fridge. I will definitely be using them if I have appliance issues in the future!

Appliance seemed to correct itself. Technician said at some point I may need a new thermostat.

They did not even give me the common courtesy respond to my quote request.

Appointment was easy to make. Service technician was prompt and work was done well and as estimated. Calls to office were handled in time and professionally.

The technician was completely inexperienced and unable to handle either repair. We have had him back 4 times to rectify the original repairs and new issues that have cropped up since he began tinkering with the appliances. He left parts out of the equipment that ended up needing to be reinstalled by another tech. He broke the pistons on the lid of the fridge and did nothing to repair them. He did not leave a tidy workspace. Since repairing our double oven neither temperature gauges work. We have tried to reach a general manager or customer service manager but no such person exists at appliance master. We were deeply unsatisfied wit the level of competency of the tech and now are very discouraged by the customer service follow up. I have never worked with a business that will not pick up a phone and help a customer who is struggling with the level of service. this has dragged on for 2 months. I could not recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Absolutely super. I requested my service call on-line on Sunday evening for 10:30 - 12:30 Monday morning. Our serviceman, Matt, was here at 10:45. He had the part on the truck and everything was done, and tidied up by 11:15. Yah! I can bake the cake for my son's birthday.

They never contacted me. Even after I called them directly and left them a voicemail.

The company called within a 1/2 an hour to schedule an appointment, they were very upfront on their pricing. Certainly not cheap but they diagnosed the problem ordered parts and came back the next week to complete the repair. Throughout, they were very responsive. Compared to others that I have booked repairs with they are far and away the best.

I have a home warranty , they are on my preferred vender list, refused to speak with my home warranty co, scheduler was rude , tech was rude , since they would not give my warranty co a verbal diagnosis have to pay for the visit where he did nothing .. I was told they don’t “call” the warranty companies .. not that they won’t speak to them .. They left a mess in my kitchen and did not diagnose or repair the issue .. and charged me for full service day when my Jaime warranty would have covered this

Technician came out and was very good. They quoted me $430 to replace the heating assembly and charged my over $200 for the part, which they did not have. I was able to located an OEM part for less that $100 and called them to let them know I found the part. They still did not have the part and could not give me an ETA for getting the part. They told me since they were installing my part, they could not warranty the repair. They came and replaced the part and proceeded to ask for the full balance of the repair, even though I provided the part! I said I would not pay, and they came down $100 for part, even though they charge me over $200. When I called the office, I questioned why they would only reimburse me $100 when they charged me over $200? She said they could only reimburse me their cost! I immediately called my bank to stop payment for the balance paid. These guys are crooks and I will never use them again!

Great. He was on time, personable, up front with the work to be done. Did a great job. A professional.

Abe has been here twice now. I bought a deal the first time and was very happy with both his expertise and demeanor, so I called them again when a second appliance needed repair during the COVID-19 shelter in place. He observed all distancing protocols & quickly fixed the problem, too.

Got appointment easily and quickly. Clear explanation of issue and options. Parts were ordered quickly and installation scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Luis was very professional, communicated efficiently, and completed the repairs in a reasonable time. Washer drum was leaking in gasket area and had to be replaced. There was an issue after initial repair and Luis returned to fix it on a Saturday when he wasn't scheduled to work and washer has been working great for a couple of weeks. The second repair was covered under the work warranty offered by the company. Very satisfied. Will call them again if needed for any other repairs on appliances.

Awesome service! Fast and easy. Did a great job during a tough time (Covid-19) and really appreciate their kindness and speed.

It was a pleasure working with appliance masters ... very knowledgeable... our tech inspected our dryer vent to see if it was clean and working properly.. we found out our washer was still under warranty and they didn’t do warranty work on our brand... if I ever need appliance repair I will definitely call them again.....

I scheduled an appt. on-line and got a call the same day offering me an earlier appt. I told the lady I had Monday off and would keep that appt. She asked me if if I was available on Saturday. I said yes,but asked if there was an extra Fee for Sat. She said no. A very professional young and handsome man named Donny came and ordered the parts. He asked for a Deposit and said they would take 3-4 days. Day 3 he was back and installed the parts. He was prompt and professional (and cute too). LOL. I would recommend their services to others and would use them again.

In terms of trustworthiness, I rate appliance repairmen just under used car salesman. I was ready to sit around all day and if he showed up I expected to pay a sizeable portion of the cost of the dryer in parts. To begin with, they called me up several hours before the appointment to say that the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come EARLY. When Patrick arrived, he immediately knew what the problem was, took the dryer apart and vacuumed out the blower which was clogged with lint. The dryer purred as good as new and he gave me hints on how to keep the issue from happening again. Patrick was friendly and knowledgable. The repair was done far sooner than I thought possible and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would certainly use Appliance Master again and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Very professional and pleasant. Took refrigerator apart and determined freezer door was not adjusted properly and also drain was clogged. Fixed both.

Tech arrived on time, explained the problem and what needed to be done. Made the repairs and cleaned up. I have Appliance Master before and will use them again.

Our 10-year old Miele was intermittently stopping mid-cycle with an error message. Jeremy of Appliance Master diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor and told us that, with a new sensor, the dishwasher might well last some years longer. We opted for the repair. When the new part arrived, Jeremy installed the new sensor and the dishwasher is working fine.
