The technician arrived promptly and was very friendly. He immediately went to work opening the range and validating the reported issue. He removed the defective part and showed me what had happened. He replaced the part quickly and efficiently and offered some tips to further the life on the range. The technician cleaned up after his work and explained the details of the charges and the guarantee on the work. My range is operating as good as new and I would certainly welcome this technician to do other work in my home.

I called Appliance Master and was given an appointment with a 2 hour window for the next day. The repairman arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour period, speedily diagnosed the problem, fixed it and cleaned up any mess that he made. He was very professional, knew my refrigerator, was able to discuss another problem I was having and ordered the part I needed for this other problem. He was efficient and came back within a week to install the part. I have had no problem with the refrigerator since then.
Description of Work: My refrigerator had pools of water in the bottom, under the crisper drawers. The serviceman came and diagnosed the problem as a blockage from the freezer. He thawed the ice that was blocking the drain, mopped up the bottom of the refrigerator, and the repair was done.

The work went well - he came on time and was nice. He fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. However, he forgot to turn back on the refrigerator... Our freezer defrosted and leaked all over the house (again!) and ALL our food went bad. The real issue I have with this company is that they don't believe that the technician made this mistake and think I am being 'intentionally difficult'' because I had to call twice and leave 2 emails in order for someone to get back to me. I am NEVER going to use appliance master again, and I would NOT recommend them. We are still involved in this dispute, and the owner says he will not give us any refund. The interesting thing is that I lost more money in rotten food than the cost of this repair job!
Description of Work: The water valve in our freezer was leaking. The technician came, diagnosed the problem and replaced it (and even threw in an extra water hose; ours was old).
