One of our oven doors has not closed properly for the longest time. I finally got around to getting it repaired because we were home having bathroom remodeling done. James arrived to inspect the appliance and quoted a price for repairs and parts. I was notified when the parts came in and called to schedule the repair. The day before the scheduled appointment we had over 12 inches of snow. But James showed up the next day on time and was efficient with the repair. Glad to have the door finally fixed and safe. A good experience overall.

The tech looked at the freezer explained that the problem was a warranty cover problem and I should call LG. He was early and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

The whole encounter with Appliance Masters was fabulous. The scheduler checked to be sure the technician was able to work on my microwave brand. She was clear about pricing and followed up our conversation with an email confirmation. Greg the tech was on time, thorough, neat and prepared for the work. He identified what cause the malfunction & what was necessary for the repair. When another repair job rears up, I will definitely call Appliance Masters back.

Ed, the repairman was very thorough and very polite. He explained in detail what needed to be done. He was able to get the refrigerator cooling until he received the part that needed to be ordered. This was the second time that he was sent to my home for two separate repairs. My husband and myself are very happy with his expertise and work. I will certainly call and ask for him the next time I need a repair.

Arrived as scheduled, prompt and courteous. Did a thorough examination of the dryer and vents. Repaired on site and offered additional suggestions for long term maintenance. Very happy with and appreciative of the excellent service.

Tech advised after tremendous time and effort involved, including parts ordered/received, that it would be cost prohibitive to fix. Only had to pay initial diagnosis fee. Very pleased with Tech's honesty and company's refund policy.

I called 6 different places to have my oven fixed and because it is to old not one of those companies ever even heard of the brand until I called Appliance Master. Our Technician was Ed. First thing he did was apologize for being early. He came in and took off his shoes before asking where the oven was. He took one look at it and knew right away what the problem was. He also told us what the initial cost would be before even starting on it. Ed then went on to fix it explaining everything he was doing. He was in and out in less then an hour. He was very professional, personable and neat. I was very happy with everything and will definitely call Appliance Master for all my Appliance fixes. I will not waste my time on the phone calling anyone else but Appliance Master. I also have to mention the great Customer Service. Very nice phone etiquette, and fast. Did not have to wait for an appointment. Got me in ASAP. A+++++

Technician review everything and gave me an estimate to the price of parts and labor. Since the dishwasher was 7+ years old I made a decision to purchase a new one. The Technician arrived early, worked really hard to see what was wrong, showed me what was happening and told me why. Very professional and price for work preformed was reasonable. Would use again in a minute.

Amazing! The technician came 10 mins earlier than than the 2 hour window. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was done in 30 mins start to finish. The price was excellent. As new residents here we needed someone we could trust. We found our new go to guy!!!!

Tom our, Appliance Master Technician, was very quick at diagnosing the problem parts were ordered and installed within a couple days. He was on time and very clear on the charges upfront. I would use them again.

I called to have some problems fixed with my refrigerator. I was told that I'll be charged a diagnoses fee of about $80 which will be credited towards the repair should I choose to hire them. That sounds fair enough. The tech that came to our house was very nice and professional. After the diagnostics was given a quotation of $218.08 all-in (after discount and crediting of diagnostics fee and taxes). I told them that I would like to have the work done. A few days later I was told that 1 of the parts needed for the job has been discontinued by Whripool. I was given the option to find it in after market and have them install it for me, but since they did not buy the part, there will be no warranty/guarantee of any sort. I decided to skip that part and have the rest of the work done. I was given a new quotation of $321.75. I called to inquire how my quote is higher than the original quote, given that they'll be doing less work. I was told that there's an error that I'll get a new quote. After waiting for about a week with no new quote I called again I was told that quote was prepared but they forgot to press send assuring me that I'll receive the email momentarily. Still didn't get it for a couple of days then reached out again Got an updated quote of $267.19, which is still higher than the original quote. At this point, I felt so disappointed that I asked my wife to call, as I didn't want to be unprofessional. After long back and forth about how the original discount does not apply anymore, they sent a new quote of $231.92, still higher than the original quote.
