Appliance Master

I have used Appliance Master for all my repairs in the past on my appliances and the sales girls scheduling appointments have always been pleasant and accommodating. The technicians have been nothing but punctual and so nice every single time. They also provide fast service and repair even when they have to order a part not in stock. The prices have always been fair and the job has always been done and completed in my opinion at a level 10

Excellent experience with Appliance Master. Prompt response for a service call on my Whirlpool dual oven range. The top oven wasn't working properly and the technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had to order the proper replacement part from Whirlpool directly. Once the part came in the same technician came back to finish the repair. He was super efficient, friendly and respectful. Pricing for the service call was very fair and they guarantee the work performed.

Mike, the tech showed up right on time at 8 AM. He listened to the problem, tested it, search for an answer to the error code. The problem needed to be solved by changing one or two of the power pannels, one would cost $1,400 and the other $500. I mentioned to Mike that a week or so earily I had to move the range and some difficulty getting back in place and did he think I could loosened something. Mike said he didn't think it was possible but he said as long as he was there he would check it. He went to the back of the range unscrewed the top pannel and then unscrewed the bottom pannel and found a slightly lose wire. Mike tighten it and bingo! It worked. I thank Mike for being willing to try one more step even though it seemed impossible. That's great service!!!

Our technician was Don Cunningham. He quickly and efficiently found that a pipe was broken. He put some sealant on the leak spot and it worked great. The pipe is on order and we are looking forward to his return service call. Such a pleasant young man to talk to as well. Overall, the entire experience was awesome.

The technician, Greg, was very knowledgeable, and very professional. He gave the refrigerator a thorough check, and then explained what needed to be done. Greg then gave me an estimate. My Appliance Master technician is excellent! My dishwasher works better than when it was new 8 years ago, and he efficiently replaced my Sub Zero freezer gasket, a surprisingly painstaking job. In addition, he previously diagnosed my old washing machine's warped drum and rightly recommended replacement as the most cost effective choice. Now all of my appliances are in tip top shape. I recommend Appliance Master highly and without reservation.
