Description of Work: TJ replaced our hot water heater. First, he called me back within the hour of my first call to him. He had the best price. He went to the town hall to get the permits. He did a great job putting the heater in. His work passed the inspection. The electrical did not pass inspection because we didn't have a disconnect for the HWH. This was not his fault. He got me a name and number of someone to come in and put in the disconnect. When that guy did not get back to me, he got me another guy. The guy got back to me right away and should be here on Saturday... TJ's a good guy too.

+ -1 moreIn addition to putting in the sink, Mr. Ortu replaced the pipes underneath the sink. He was very careful in removing the old sink so not to chip the countertop which was a major concern. It's been about 6 months and I have not had any problems at all. I plan to use him for future jobs. Mr. Ortu definitely does quality work at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: We used Mr. Ortu to install a new kitchen sink and drain. We also had a leak in the bathroom and Mr. Ortu found the source of the leak and caulked around the tub.
