Description of Work: I HAD REQUESTED A QUOTE FOR REPAIR TO MY GUTTER ON A HIP ROOF WHICH OVERFLOWED EVERY TIME IT RAINED EVEN WHEN CLEAN. THEY INSPECTED THE ROOF AND SUGGESTED A LARGER DOWNSPOUT ON THAT END. THEY REPLACED THE GUTTER DOWNSPOUT WITH A LARGER DIAMETER ONE AND RESET THE GUTTER. IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. LEFT ME A BILL WHICH I MAILED IN WITH PAYMENT. I WILL CALL RUSSO AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Description of Work: Contacted Russo Gutters to clean the gutters out from our home after the storm. The owner who I spoke with was polite and made an appointment. He informed me that I did not need to be there for the appointment and that an invoice would be left so that payment could be sent in. Once the appointment was complete, they winded up charging us LESS then what was quoted since our gutters were not that bad. Loved that!
