They were very easy to deal with. Any problems that I had were solved immediately. They really care about their customers. The work was well done.

It went very good. I didn't have to pay extra. The only detriment to the entire process was that they were not available real promptly. They called promptly but they were not able to schedule it after a few weeks. They did a nice job. I've seen cheaper. It took them several weeks to get here but they did call.

They did a great job. They left kind of a mess. I don't know if all gutter cleaner businesses do. When they left, the stuff that came out of the gutters was all over the landscaping. They did a fine job. The price was fair. If there was another deal, I would use them again.

Really not sure of the date now. He arrived early and rang the door bell to let us know he was about to do work. It was not necessary for us to be at home, so I appreciated the heads up before he started. Otherwise, we would have been a little uncomfortable hearing noises on the roof. He did his job and left quietly, leaving no mess on the grounds.

It appears to have gone well. I was not home when the service was done, but our gutters are clean, and the company came when they said they would. I didn't have to supply anything, such as open spigots, which was a convenience to me.

Prompt, efficient, cost-effective. About the only negative was the lead time to schedule the time for them to come do the job.

Good job cleaning gutters and downspouts, but blew leaves from roof into garden. I had to ask provider to remove leaves from garden.

They arrived on time. Did the job well and without issues. I would use them again. Great price through an Angie's list promo.

Having had about 6 communications with them, Russo was given very specific instructions as to where and what to do (only a portion of my house under some pine trees, etc.), and, instead, they went to the office building where my billing address is (about 1.5 miles from my home), and allegedly cleaned those gutters even though the Angie's List offer was only for residential 1-2 story buildings with a 150 foot limit, I had given them detailed instructions (leaving aside the scheduling fiasco on their part). Russo had my cell phone and never contacted me when the address they had was an office building and the instructions did not match. (BTW, there is no evidence they cleaned anything at the office...which has far more than 150 feet of gutters and there was no extra charge sort!), etc. Rather than doing the correct thing and stand by its error (or taking any responsibility) they demanded an additional $85 (full price) to do the contracted for job. (BTW, the Angie's List offer said the retail price was $99. Consumer Fraud?) I strongly recommend not doing business with Russo.

Job went very well...........wife was home while they performed their stuff. When I came home....actually a couple of days later I took a look at the gutters and noticed they were very clean.... Very nice job.......

We purchased a deal, so paid for it up front, which we never did before. The company contacted us right away and scheduled the job at our convenience. Two men showed up on the date chosen, even earlier than they said they'd be here. They were very professional and did a fine job of cleaning the gutters and nailing back in a few loose nails they found. We were very happy with the service and would hire them again in the future.

Contractor never performed after contracted through Angies list

The team that arrived spent about 45 minutes performing a thorough cleaning of my gutters. Their work was neat and all leaves/debris were removed in plastic bags. They arrived when promised and were completely unobtrusive. I will use them again and highly recommend their work.

Arrived on time and did what they were supposed to do. Very neat and left no mess. They left when finished and I didn't have time to thank them.

Very fast job, only took about 30 minutes. No interruption to my day, other than having to keep the dog inside. Only reason I put a B for price is that it seemed like a pretty fast way to spend $125....!

They were kind and prompt. They went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. We are extremely pleased with there attention to detail and professionalism.

Two men showed up to do the job and cleaned the gutters with a leaf blower. No problems.

Very Professional.... Already recommending them..... Coordinator in the office was exceptional, she worked with my scheduled to arrange the service.

I was not home at the time work was completed. I did confirm to see if the work was done. They cleaned my patio after the work was completed.

I ordered $129 Storm Damage Roof, Siding, and Gutter Maintenance Package and scheduled the service. I have a two story house and roof can be reached with 28-32 ft ladder. James from the vendor came late last week (10/8) and spent half hour or so inspecting the roof, siding and gutters. He took pictures. Before leaving he said there is only one issue which is pipe boot sealing. Then I showed him the problem with loosened J channel, which is part of the siding and blockage at a gutter corner. He said he doesn't know what is included in the Angie List promotion and will send a report along with estimate. And also added that other employees will come and do the repairs, once report is done. I followed up with him and the vendor following week(0n 10/12, 10//14), as I didn't receive the report or repair estimate. Even now I haven't rcvd any report nor estimate. After couple of days of follow up James came back to my house (10/16) and says the fixing of J channel and removing the gutter corner blockage is not included in the promotion. I showed him the promotion and what is included (Two siding repairs, two sealing jobs, gutter spike fixing etc.,). I also told him that there are very few minor repairs (boot sealing, J channel etc.,) and he is not spending much time at all. Even then he says as the repair takes time, so he is not working on anything other than sealing the pipe boot. I called the owner Eddie and heard same answer. Both saying they are the experts and fixing a J channel is a "major" repair which involves taking out siding and it takes time, so they are not fixing the J channel. And the gutter blockage removal is not included in the promotion. I even offered him (Eddie) to send the pictures so that he can review and come back. He refused to discuss further just insisting that they are the experts. My understanding is that the J channel has to be just inserted and nailed. I am asking for what is included in the promotion. And that is one of the main reasons I ordered this promotion. I could have done it myself, if I have a two story ladder. I am attaching the picture of the siding where the J channel came off and J channel piece, for your reference. And gutter blockage removal too, it's minor task as it is on the surface at the corner where two sides meet.

All went well. They arrived on time and did a great job in less than 30 minutes. I appreciated the quick yet quality service.

Based on reviews on Angie's List, I called Russo. They sent someone out the next day to give me an estimate. Because our gutters are eggshell, and not white, they were special order. Russo was out within a few days, installed the new gutter, took the old stuff away. They did a great job. Even a few days later when I had some questions, Jim was out here within an hour and alleviated all my concerns. Overall, excellent service, and professional job.
