Excellent. They came when they said they would, went above and beyond and found that one of the down spouts had a golf ball which was causing some of my problems. They cleaned all the asphalt from the shingles. Also, they hammered the gutters that were loose back it. I feel like I have brand new gutters.

Once the purchase was confirmed contractor called to confirm the appointment. They came at the appointed time and service was performed properly. They tested all the downspouts to verify water flow. Overall I'm very satisfied with the contractor.

I purchased the $149.00 for unlimited linear feet of gutter or downspout cleaning offer, but got an email from Russo that the deal was for new customers only. Russo installed my gutters, and clean them once in the past, so I was not a new customer. The deal did not state for new customers only, so it was a surprise to me. They did a good job on my gutter install and cleaning in the past, and I'd use them again, but can't say this Angies List experience was a positive one. I cancelled the offer and did not have the service performed as a result of the experience. I get that sometimes offers are for new customers only, to build new business, but if so, it should very clearly state that in the offer so customers don't spend time making the purchase to only then have to spend time cancelling it. Time wasted for all involved. On this, I probably fault Angies List more than Russo.

They cleaned it in less than 30 minutes

It went great. They were prompt, efficient and really good at what they do. They even went out of their way to repair an elbow gutter for me. Outstanding work and I would recommend them all day and twice on Sunday. Also, one third and more the cost of the job compared to companies I found in Val U Pack. Amazing what some other companies try to charge you for the same work. Go with Russo Seamless............great work at a good price

They came on time and did a good job. No residue or leaves were left on the ground and the property was clean when they left.

This was a slightly weird service for me, but I think it went well. They were able to perform the service without me being there, so I didn't know it actually happened until I called and then knew they came and that I should check the gutters. It's not my primary home, so it took me a few days to check, but everything ultimately looked good. I think it would help to have a call that they were coming as well as that they came, and a few cell phone shots would go a long way too.

They were very quick to come over and provide the estimate for the gutter guards. The price seems a bit high so I did not have the gutter guards installed. It took a very long time between calling for the gutter cleaning and actually getting the gutters cleaned. Probably about 5 to 6 weeks after calling for the appointment. I had to call them several times to make sure they were still coming. But once they came they clean the gutters efficiently.

I purchased a deal to install 100' of gutters for my property in Brick. Ricardo, was prompt with an estimate and providing business registration and insurance. I set up the appointment and everything was completed within a week. The company is very responsive and completed the job properly with no complaints.

Russo Seamless Gutter responded immediately to schedule my gutter cleaning. While they were willing to work around my schedule, they were also willing to do the job while I was at work. I took them up on that offer and scheduled for a day I would be working. I came home to find that they had done a great job. They took away all the debris and left the yard cleaner than they found it.

They were responsive and schedule an appointment within a few days of my request.They showed up at the appointed date and time and I am very pleased with their service. Will use them again in the future.

There scheduling was the only bad part of service

gutter cleaning. Basically the individual who cleaned our gutters just used a ladder to scoop the leave in a bag and dispose them. this is no way to clean gutters. they did not use any water to make sure and get rid of all leaves. they did not climb the roof to check out the gutters.

I was not home..I expect that the work was just fine. about a week or two later I had a down spout fall down but I can?t attribute it to anything the gutter cleaners did.

It took two visits to get all the gutters and drains cleared.

Timely message back after purchase. Timely scheduling. Workers did not show up when scheduled. Called office, and found there was an "emergency" they had to work on at the time I scheduled. Rescheduled for afternoon. I never spoke to anyone when they arrived, or at all for that matter. Don't know what they found. Noticed a rope hanging from one gutter the next day, and downspout plugged during next rain. I don't think they did a through job. I also wish they checked in with me when the arrived and departed.

I am from NY, so I am used to people running to get the job... Since I moved to NJ in 2011 I have noticed NO ONE LIKES TO WORK... unless you are going to pay them triple what you should for a job. These guys were great, on time, professional, the office kept checking back in with me to give me updates. AND ALL FOR $149 dollars. I did not expect this at all. (and the guys did NOT come and run doing the bear minimum) Now I am going to let them bid on a new roof for my house. Dav Cas

Overall an excellent job. Booked the special thru Angie's List and asked them to repair the down spout. They thoroughly cleaned the gutters and did the repair for no additional charge. Will use them again next year.
