They did the whole house. At that time it was very busy. Very nice man. I would definitely use them again and tell other people about them as well.

I was very satisfied with the work these guys did. It was a cold day when the job was done. They worked hard and overall did a great job. Very happy with the work they did.

Gutters were cleaned. The clean up could have been better -- we have clumps of debris left on the ground.

Initially it was gutter cleaning that I purchased but they inspected the gutter and it needs replacement since it is caving-in in the middle They were responsive and professional. I didn't expect it will just take only less than an hour to replace our gutter. Front and back roughly around 20 feet each side. Very fast service. Will definitely hire them again. The two guys that repaired the gutter were also good and professional.

I was not home when the service was performed. Leaves, sticks, acorns that were removed from the gutters were left all over the lawn. All downspouts were completely clogged. I would have assumed they would have been cleaned out as well. Poor job overall.

My only contact was via email, so everything seemed to go very well. The cleaners must have done a good job picking up after themselves because I saw no evidence of muck on the ground. I received a note from the owner that the gutters are not in good repair, which I knew.

Russo has been great. Good email communications, phoned to say when they were coming. Came on time and did a great job. Good work, good bargain.

When I called to make the appointment, I was told they would be out the following week. Then they called me 2 days later to say they were in the area and could do the work that day. They showed up a few minutes later, and did a great job!

This is the second year I've used Russo for my gutter cleaning. They were punctual, friendly and professional. I would recommend Russo for all your gutter needs.

I had requested to schedule my own appointment as my gutters were just cleaned and I wanted to wait until more leaves had fallen. They made their own appointment. I felt the appointments were too close together and a waste of money. Also, I would have like the gutters to be rinses out as there was a fair amount of dirt remaining. I am not sure if that was part of the deal or not.

Went great. They cleaned the gutters, it rained and the water is now draining properly through the gutters.

They arrived when they said they would. Leaves were put in plastic bags and not thrown onto yard that I had just finish blowing out.

As a previous Ned Stevens client, Russo has done a great job cleaning my gutters. They call prior to arrival, arrive as scheduled and leave no trace of leaves, nor do they solicit additional services as Ned Stevens did. And, it certainly beats climbing a ladder. I would highly recommend their services.

They came to the house when I wasn't home so I didn't have to worry about scheduling and did a great, thorough job of cleaning out the gutters. So worth it!
