Description of Work: Cleaned our gutters and removed all debris. Measured gutters so I could get a quote on gutter helmets and said someone would get back to me with different options available and prices. Very disappointed that I never heard back which is why I gave then a C for responsiveness and professionalism. You would think that the possibility of future business would motivate the provider to be more responsive. It kind of turns me off to having them come again next year to clean gutters as I prefer not to work with people who do business like this although they did do a good job cleaning gutters which was my initial concern, so I'm not sure how to answer question about using this provider again. Wish you had a not sure answer not just yes or no.

Description of Work: Very hard to pin down company for a date, despite several attempts. They would only say that they will be there sometime and that the owners do not need to be at home. I only knew that they came, when they sent me a bill for additional services - apparently, the length of the gutters were longer than they were expected to be. This came as a total surprise to me. And, if they had given a date/time, it would not have occurred as we would have been home to approve/disapprove of any additional work.
