Russo Seamless Gutter LLC

They were great. I still use them. I use them monthly now.Everything is great. They come on time and they're fine. Sometimes, I can't always reach them. They always come when they say they're going to come.

The part of the installation that was visible was fine. However we had 2 downspouts in the back of the house which were under our deck. The part of the downspout that was not visible was not installed properly. Two days after the installation we had a heavy rain and we had water in our laundry room which is next to one downspout under the deck. We had a lot of water there which we never had before. We called Russo and said it was an emergency because rain was expected over the next few days. Russo took 4 days to respond and the 2 man crew that came said it was probably a clogged in the line to which the downspout was connected. They did not offer to crawl under the deck and look. When we said if we call a plumber and he says that is not the problem, we will charge Russo for the service call, they reluctantly agreed to go under the deck and look. They confirmed that the downspout was not connected to the line and they fixed it. They did not check the other downspout under the deck. After another heavy rain the downspout by the laundry room was fine but the other one was showing a lot of water right right under the deck. We had a contractor who was doing some other work at the house to take a look. He went under the deck and saw that the downspout was flush with the bottom of the deck and was not securely connected to the ground drain. We had him fix it and called Russo to explain how unhappy we were with their installation. Russo offered to fix the second downspout but I refused because I did not trust their work. Needless to say we would never use them again.

Russo gutters gave an approx timeline, there was no need for us to be home. Replacement trim installed perfectly. Billed us, no hassles.

I called on Monday (6/10/13) to have someone come over to give me an estimate for gutters cleaning. Since it was raining that day, I definitely did not expect anyone to come that day. The guy I spoke to (I don't know his name) said he would come on Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday was also rainy, but Wednesday was a nice, rain-free day. Gladly, I didn't have to be at home all day for that and the guy said that he can just leave the price estimate on my door or mailbox. However, I couldn't find one anywhere, which only leaves me to conclude that the guy never showed up. It's disappointing because I chose to contact the company because of excellent recommendations here... Now I have to find someone else for the job.

I called Russo Gutters and told them I was an Angies List member and needed my gutters cleaned. The person on the phone asked me questions regarding the size of my home and gave me a reasonable price quote. He told me approx which week I would be on the schedule and then called in advance to let me know the day they were coming. When they arrived they had a good number of guys working to clean the gutters. They cleaned the gutters well and cleaned up after themselves. They also secured any loose gutters without me having to ask. They inspected the roof and chimney flashing and gave me another reasonable quote to replace. They came back within the week to replace the top of the chimney and the flashing. I will definitely have them back to clean the gutters again.

The crew came and did a very thorough job, even adding touches like flashing and calk in places where the roof intersected part of the wall. They were quick and, except for a few pieces of trimmed aluminum and a couple of screws, they left the site in perfect condition. When I had a question about the materials, Sal answered immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to use Russo again for my gutter needs.

Returned call shortly after my call. Said they would call again to schedule and a day or so later, I received the call. They came when they said and left me a bill as discussed. No problems.

They did a very good job, worked efficiently and did everything they said they would. The gutters look and work great, I couldn't be happier with the job.

They were very personable and good. They were clean about their work and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to other people.

They agreed to a price on a repair. They came when they said they would, did the job & asked for the amount quoted. They were a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent service.

Great experience, the team was on time and fast, they took away my old gutter and busted up facia board. I got several estimates, Russo gutters dropped their price to meet a lower estimate. The work is fine so far, no problems.

I had one problem, a guy named Shawn. He showed up ready to do as little as possible and then be out of there. The other people were fine.

After a few rough starts (i had asked for an estimate but did not get it) and a few missed appointments- (perhaps they were overwhelmed by Hurricane Sandy), they came and did a great job at a great price.

Great customer service for estimate and home office to set up appointments. The person who came out to do the work was not rude, but was not the friendliest.

Workers arrived on time and were done in about a half hour. They checked and cleaned all gutters and down spouts.

I'm a tough critic and generally look for quality over price. Russo's gutter cleaning service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to have their gutters cleaned. I found them in Angie's list and gave them a call. They were professional, gave me an estimate, confirmed the estimate, and completed the job within a week. They are great at customer service and work quality at a fair price!

Called Russo Gutters and had a same day estimate to the work to be done. Was given approx .1 - 2 weks when they would come out and do the work. Had a surprise at the end of the same week when they called that they would be there the same week. Had 2 workers who worked 4 hours straight. They replaced and repaired gutters, cleaned out the gutters, and they even trimmed some tree branches that had overgrown into the house by the gutters so there will be no additional problems from them. Workers were polite and they left all clean.

They arrived in the window that they gave me and the work went well.

I called Russo to get an estimate and they were quick to answer the phone and inspect the grounds. I had an estimate in the mail within a few days and I decided to accept their work. It took about two weeks for the scheduled work to begin. Russo's contractors came while I was at the office, and I came home to an excellent job. The broken elbow allowing access to the eave was closed nice and tight, and all evidence of the starlings that used to live in the eave was gone. All of the gutters were cleaned to satisfaction, and it showed on the first big rain. The TREE that was growing in our gutter was removed and it made a huge difference (obviously). Lastly, the power washing job was thorough and excellent. We moved into the house in 2008, and it never looked this good (this review is in 2012).

I called to have my gutters cleaned and they were at my house and cleaned out within a week. I also, have a small piece of gutter by my front door that is constantly overflowing. They were able to replace the gutter with a larger one and new downspout. So far, no problems
