I was very satisfied with the work that was done, from getting an estimate through completion of the project. The workers were courteous, very professional and completed the job quickly. I obtained quotes for other future services and will definitely use this company again. The prices are competitive and fair. Communication was TERRIFIC. They came when they said they would. Did a GREAT job and at a reasonable price.

Work was done in a professional manner, have not had a problem. Strangely when the sales/field guy came to my house, I explained I wanted new gutters / soffets for the front of my house, due to the fact that the old ones were falling apart, he wrote up his report and then gave me the estimate, I agreed to his estimate. Then the day the guys came to do the work, I was working myself and couldn't be there, they did the back of the house!! So when I got home I still saw the hanging old gutter and I called and asked why they didn't show up, so the guy says they were definately there and then I looked at the back of my house and saw the new gutters! Well they had to come back and they did and fixed the front of the house as well!

The service was great! The work was done quickly and neatly. All old gutters and downspouts were removed from the property. The crew that did the work were friendly and very professional. Upon final inspection, they even removed and replaced one of the downspouts because it was slightly crocked. Would recommend them to anyone in need of their type of service.

There were very responsive coming the next day after I called to give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate that day and the job was scheduled and completed the following week. They were very proficient, cleaned up all the debris and finished in less than an hour.

I called in the beginning of December. They said they were going to follow up and set an appointment to come out, but they did not. It had started to snow, and I had to follow back up with them. They gave me an estimate right away. They used the satellite map on the internet to provide the estimate. They explained they can do the work without me there and just to leave a check if I am not. They are scheduled for Monday, pending the weather.

They were very nice. A woman came out, and I asked her whether I needed to have gutters replaced and she said that she didn’t think so and that I should just have them cleaned. So, I thought that was nice, because somebody else wanted to sell me gutters for $4,000. I guess the job was alright. I am still having some problems with water, but I am not sure whether it is gutter related or it is something else that has to do with run off. They came out and told me that they had got like a seven-day back up and that they would see me in about seven days, and within about seven business days, they called and made an appointment and showed up the next day. They were pretty professional. They sent two guys out, and the guys were nice. They did the work on a hot day and they worked until the job got done. I spotted a couple of little things that I thought needed to be done and they went up and did them. They were good and I liked them. It is pretty dry down here and I would say that the job is working well. We haven’t had a lot of rain since they have been and I will wait around a while and take a look. The house is pretty dry and I don’t see as much in the back of the house as I did the last time. I asked them how often it should be cleaned and they said twice a year, so I will probably call them in the fall and have them do it again.

This company is a class act - from the office staff to the guys doing the work. They are prompt, efficient, and very professional, Chris, the installer arrived on time and he and two other guys completed the job in less than 15 minutes ! They came prepared and went right to work. When Chris told me they would be done in 20 minutes or less, I thought he was pulling my leg. The gutter and downspout look great on my new fascia board and I could not be more pleased. Many companies talk about providing outstanding customer service and few deliver. Removed old gutters and down spouts and replaced with new. The guys showed up when they said they would and completed the job in 5 hours. After the work was completed, the lead project mgr walked me around the house to point out what they changed regarding the down spouts etc. Asked if I was satisfied with the job before they left the site. The guys also hauled away what they replaced. I was very pleased with the work. A few months later a friend of mine who is a stickler for details pointed out that that the side gutter was sagging. I called Russo and asked if they could make the adjustment- they sent someone right away. Now it is 7 months later and one of the straps to hold up the gutter in a different location came loose. I called Russo and again they sent someone to fix it. Russo stands by their work and if there were problems down the road, like the minor ones I had, there was no hesitation to send someone out to correct or adjust the issue. I highly recommend Russo -

They assessed the situation while we were at work and left a quote in the mailbox. * Once ready for the service we made a quick phone call to schedule a day. * They returned (again, while we were at work) and performed the job very well. Showed up promptly for quote and installation. Completed the job on time and on budget. Sent me a bill and when they had not received payment because the post office did not deliver the bill, they called and politely asked for payment. Have already recommended them to my neighbors who are equally pleased.

I have used Russo Gutters two times. First to install some gutters and leaders at my house. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate on the spot, and completed the service with no problems in a day. The second time I needed new leaders on a commercial building. They came out and gave a revised estimate since the leaders were an odd size. After the first install, there was a slight problem with one of the leaders leaking. They responded immediately to my call and sent someone out to fix the problem. Russo Gutters do excellent work at a reasonable price and are very responsive if there is an issue.

We found Russo Gutters on Angie's List. Thank you for the recommendation. We were very happy with the estimate, which was the best price we found. The install of gutters on our whole home was very neat and quick. The office staff was also very professional and helpful.

They came the first time do the repairing the gutter and roof but did'n clean the gutter . So I have to call the office to complain about. They sent out the man to complete the work at very next day. The guy at the office is very helpful and friendly. Overall experience is good.

Took about a week to get an appt. But they did call when they had a cancellation and got us in. Very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I will be using them again.
