This was an excellent experience in terms of professional service and the end result. We contacted Heaven's Best to clean and seal our ceramic tile in our kitchen. I was shocked by how dirty our floor actually was! I am absolutely thrilled with the floor. It looks and feels brand new. We will absolutely use Mark from Heaven's Best again soon to clean our carpets. Thank you!!

I contacted Heaven's Best after hearing about them on Angie's List. Mark Manfre was very accommodating and scheduled the job around my work schedule. He arrived right on time, was professional and very personable. He covered my new wood floors with plastic tarp before starting the job, and cleaned up afterwards. I thought the price was very reasonable and well worth it. I run two medical businesses and I will definitely be calling him to do the upholstery and carpets in the waiting rooms. Heaven's Best is the best!

Excellent company. We called Heaven's Best to clean our upholstery. All work was done by the owner who was very thorough. He went above and beyond what we expected. He rearranged our furniture because my wife mentioned that we were going to move it and he did it for us. The couch and chairs came out beautiful. We are extremely pleased. I can't praise this company enough.

Excellent. I had carpet cleaning done throughout my home and it was done beautifully. I had Mark back on two occasions due to a different contractor mishap during Mark's initial cleaning job. Thank goodness Mark was here as we had flooding occuring downstairs while Mark was cleaning upstairs. He immediately came to the rescue extracting water to save us from a potentially larger problem. I brought Mark back to finish the rest of the house and it is beautiful. Mark is professional, punctual, very reasonably priced and the type of contractor you want to hire. We will use this company again! Thank you Mark!

It went well. He's very professional. Did a good job. I like it that it's not some nameless company. I would definitely hire him again and would certainly recommend him to others.

He proceded by analysing the job to be done. He explained the process and the alternatives. He was very careful in moving certain pieces of furniture. He vacuumed and then shampooed the upholstery.

Both pieces came out very good. Marc was very responsive, great communication and thorough.

Mark gave an estimate over the phone, arrived at the time he said he would and he did a great job. The spots are gone and there was no chemical smell left behind. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend Marc. It was heavenly!

It went perfectly! I knew as soon as I spoke to Mark that I was going to get excellent service and I did. I've had these carpets for 40 years and they have taken lots of abuse. When he described how he has them cleaned, I knew he knew what he was doing. He accommodated my crazy schedule for both pick up and delivery, made sure the carpets were put back as I wanted them. He called make a repair recommendation and accepted an Angie's List coupon I found after the work was done.

Excellent company...did the job he said he was going to do. This guy doesn't want your money, he wants your business...that can be a rare thing in NJ. I like that you deal with the owner unlike the bigger companies. This guy cares about the work he does. I will continue to use him in the future..I have used chem dry and stanley steamer in the past.

They were prompt and were on time. They answered all my questions and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I was very pleased with Mr. Manfre's work. The carpets, rugs and upholstery were thoroughly cleaned. Most areas were dry in an hour or 2. The work was done neatly. It took about 3 hours or so. The price for the carpet cleaning was in the same ballpark as the earlier carpet cleaners. I had forgotten to ask beforehand what the price would be for the sofa cleaning and was a little surprised to find out it was $89. It seemed a bit high but it was the first time I'd had this sofa cleaned so I don't know if that's in the normal range or not. I would recommend this excellent cleaning service to others but remember to discuss every aspect of the job that you can think of so that you and he know what to expect on the day of the work.

Service was great. Arrived early, explained the process and went right to work. We have rented carpet cleaners from Home Depot in the past, they have done an ok job, but using Heaven's Best was much better. They were able to get clean spots and stains that we have not been able to get rid of, even with a rented carpet cleaner. We also didn't have to spend hours waiting for it to dry, we could walk on the rug immediately after they finised the job. Both my husband and I were extremely happy with how clean our carpet now looks, it was money well spent and it saved us a lot of time not having to do it ourselves. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Marc and Heaven's Best.

I needed my carpets cleaned. I have 3 dogs and was concerned with the chemicals and the drying time. Unfortunately my basement carpet had some "dog" stains that I was unable to get clean myself even with a rented machine. The stains just kept resurfacing after some time. Marc Manfre took extra time at the troubled spots and however he did it - it payed off - they did not come back!
