Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

We had never had our carpets cleaned in the past and they were installed more than a decade ago so I did not know how much a carpet cleaning service could do at this point to clean and restore our carpets, particularly the beige and white one in our bedroom which had a lot of wear and soiling in the high traffic areas of the room. I made an appointment with Marc at Heaven's Best. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and personable and also honest about managing expectations on how much he could do to rejuvenate the carpet in our bedroom. The work overall was outstanding. The dark blue carpets in our hall, steps and upstairs bedrooms came out great and the outcome in our bedroom actually exceeded expectations as Marc was able to restore the color of the rug to it's original color. Marc's prep (vacuuming, dying of discolored spots on the blue carpets) was very thorough and the work and outcome was first rate. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and relieved that we now had a few more years before we might have to replace the carpet in our bedroom with new carpet or new hardwood floors. The cost for four bedrooms, a stairway and upstairs hall was very reasonable, particularly when you factor that Marc was there close to three hours. I would recommend Marc and his service without reservation.

Removed, cleaned (beautiful job). When they returned it Mark went above and beyond by helping me remove the old carpet and put the cleaned one down (involved moving a number of heavy pieces of furniture). He also vacuumed the floor. This is a man who takes pride in his work.

Marc was professional, timely, informative and best of all, the carpets came out amazingly clean with a wonderful feel and the stains did not reappear in a few weeks. (I have a two year old and a small dog who has had many accidents) The carpets were dry in an hour and he took the time to offer additional cleaning solutions which have worked very well. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again and would recommend the business to anyone.

Initially, I hired Heaven's Best to clean a sofa with a really bad grease stain, compounded by a water stain and a commercial cleaning product. Marc, the owner/operator, returned my call within 24 hours and showed up early (early! not late like most providers). He was very professional and knowledgeable about how to treat the stains. I was hoping for a miracle and I got it! The sofa looked brand new after Marc was done. I was so impressed, I immediately scheduled him to clean the carpets. I had previously used big name carpet cleaners and was always underwhelmed at the outcome. Again Marc came a bit early and got right to work. For the first time my carpets came back to life! He really is a miracle worker. I will never use anyone else again.

I've been using Marc Manfre's company for about 3 years for our medical practice and surgical center, as well as for my own residence. His work is exceptional - always complete and of high quality. Our chairs and carpets get a lot of use (and abuse) from the patients and Marc is always able to make the facilities look new! He is punctual and efficient, works around the staff, performs an excellent job and is very reasonably-priced. He has also cleaned the upholstery in my condo, and I have 2 cats! Promptly showed at 9am on a Saturday and completed all areas needing to be cleaned. Left everything neat and tidy upon leaving. Everything looks and smells fantastic!!! I will be using this company frequently now that I've found someone that sticks to their word, shows up on time and charges as quoted. Great experience!!

The carpet was thoroughly vacuumed and then chemically cleaned. The chemicals used are all environmentally safe. This is not deep steam extraction type of cleaning but it is very effective for fleshing up a carpet not heavily soiled or stained, and reasonably priced.

Very professional and ontime. My toddler's carpet was a mess and Mark made it look brand new. Dryed in an hour. Will use again. Recommeded to a family member already.

He promptly arrived and went to work on the stain and then Scotch guarded the entire sectional. He spent nearly 2 hours on the job, making sure the stain was removed. He was courteous, professional, and conscientious.I would definitely call on Marc to clean my carpets and upholstery again. His prices are reasonable, as well.

Our couch hasn't been cleaned for years. There were wine spilled and cats hair etc. Marc came to our apartment on time. Took exactly the time he said he was going to clean the couch. He said he wasn't promising how it turned out because the wine spill spots had been on the couch for quite a while. But it turned out the couch looked almost brand new. We are so thrilled with his work and professionalism. Will definitely use him from now on. We will call him up every year to clean our couch.

This provider is terrific. He is prompt, responsive and flexible scheduling appointments. He did a fabulous job on the carpets. The cleaning was for a rental property and the carpets were not in very good shape. The solution really cleaned them up well and they were dry in a couple of hours. All in all, this was a hassle free experience. For the money, it sure beats renting those machines and trying to do it yourself. Call Mark to do this service for you. You won't regret it.

We had a cat odor problem which I knew he would not be able to get out. His work was sufficient for our immediate need of having company in town. Scheduling was easy, he really accommodated me because I called last minute and he was able to get me an appointment within a day. He was very nice to work with.
