Although it turned out I didn't need their services, I would absolutely call them if I did have a problem, and I would recommend them as well. Every contact I had was pleasant, efficient and professional.

Too much inconvenience. I paid for a service of a company that Angie's List refers, and had to make too many phone calls, to no avail. Also, Angie's List refund department was trying to give me other options when I was clear that I just wanted a refund after all the hassle. I received emails with the same service recommendations!! Finally, after about 3rd correspondence, I received a cancellation and a refund confirmation. It was kind of a negative experience. Although I will use Angie's list for recommedations, I MOST LIKELY WILL NEVER USE A "DEAL" AGAIN.

I just moved into my home and night one, I learned not everyone left! There was scampering behind the walls and the next morning, three different trusted resources pointed me to Cowley's. Will came over the next day and got to work. He identified where they got in and set traps. They come every other day to clear the traps if necessary; sooner if you call in a capture. Over a week, they "evicted" everyone (3 squirrels) and sealed the hole. As I said to Will, "You guys were amazing and I hope I never see you again!"

After purchase, Cowleys contacted me promptly to set up an appointment. I wasn't able to be at the house, but the tech called me when he was near, I gave him access to the garage and the job was done. Garage was locked and secured when I got home. I will definitely, and already did, recomend this company.

There was a yellow jacket invasion in my grandson's bedroom. I inspected the outside of the house and could not find the nest. I called Cowley's first thing in the morning and they came that day. The technician identified the problem area within five minutes. He then sprayed the area and within a few hours the problem was diminishing. The yellow jackets were completely gone within two days. I thought the price was a little high, but in the end worth it for peace of mind.

I had an Ant and Rodent Problem. My appointment was scheduled between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. The Technician (Jon S.) arrived at 8:30 AM on the dot. I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the Technician. He went about addressing all of the issues and concerns. I noticed Ants in my kitchen, and the technician thoroughly sprayed the kitchen, and surrounding areas. He also provided, as part of my fall service, spraying around the outside of my home. He also checked all of the Rodent boxes both inside and outside of my house. He replaced any of them that needed to be replaced. This is my second year with Cowley's and I am very pleased with the service that they provide. I have never been disappointed. My initial problem was a rodent one, and because of their expertise, and they way in which they attacked the problem, I NO LONGER have a Rodent problem. I am well rid of them, thanks to Cowley's. They are a great company, and I really do appreciate the quality of their work and their technicians. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, and I have always been satisfied with them, and will continue to use them in the future.

The mouse trap they provided just did not work. A simple mouse trap from Lowes with some tap did the job!

They came immediately after my call and were very professional and polite.

Great Company. Jill scheduled the appt. Received an informative email confirming time. Chris called asked if he could come early, I said no problem. He came was very professional, explained everything. Sprayed the entire home inside and out and killed 2 Hornets nest and one Wasp Nest.

Prompt and courteous. Assessed the situation and advised that what I had done was sufficient. Could have done unnecessary work and charged me, but did not. Honest contractor.

Two family house that never had roaches. Suddenly they showed up, and I tried all the standard treatments; roach traps, paste, etc etc, NOTHING WORKED!! Cowleys came out and treated BOTH units and had to return several times because the infestation was very bad. They were on time, and re-treated and completed the job until ALL the roaches were gone.

Exterminator sprayed while it was raining. We had them come back and spray again when it was dry out. Generally good company, they helped with mice and bat problems on different occasions.

They came out and determined it was in fact attic mice. They came out three time and set traps the attic and garage, They filled some holes outside on the third visit after he found traps empty finally. I signed up for yearly service which includes spraying in spring and fall. They were always punctual, courteous, and professional.

I called the office regarding a rather large bees nest in a tree on my property. The woman was nice and very professional. She told me they had someone not far from my home on another job and that he could stop in the afteroon. Within two hours he was at my house. He romeved the nest, sprayed some other areas around the yard. There were still some bees in the tree a week later and the technician came back a took care of them immediately. The fee was slightly higher than a couple of other quotes I received, but they came quickly, were professional and fixed my problem. I would absoultely use Cowleys again and would recommend to anyone needing pest control. .

We've had an on and off problem with ants and every time I call them, they come right away to address the problem. They are extremely professional, attentive and honest. They are a great family business! I've gotten to know Bill, Drew and now their sons are starting to work there as well. We highly recommend them!

I have a service contract with them and I have not heard from them recently, so they could improve on that. The price of their service is high.

The next day I found a nest of yellow jackets, was bitten by them, and they in my garden and they came out the next day to get rid of them. They are very nice on the phone. The office staff is friendly and efficiently. Those who come out are also nice too. The price for their contract is a little over $700 and that does not include termites . I had an ant problem this yesterday, I called them last night and left a message. I called them again this morning and they gave me a 1 hour window that someone will come out. They are very professional.

They are reliable and professional. They call before they come to let me know when they are coming too.

They have been following up ever since and they come out once a year. The job they did was excellent and those who work them are above par. They are friendly, informative and they are just great.

They do what they are supposed to do.

They are very good. I signed an agreement with them and they come 3 times a year. That agreement covers everything and does not charge me. They take care of rats, mice, ladybugs and any others pests, etc.

This was the first time I used them. They were super responsive with the mice and they came the same day I called them. After that, we signed a contract. That contract included them coming out for us 4 times a year. They also came back out to spray for bugs. They rolled the first price of the first visit into the contract and I thought that was nice. They gave me 2 weeks to decide, I waited a month, but they still honored that for me.

I have been using their services for a long time. I pay them annually and they come out for me just once. They check everything and if they find anything they will treat those for me for termites.They do nor repair any damage, they will just treat it. They build the troughs since we had termites around the garage. They are really good and do what they say. They also come out when they say they will. They are a small company, so they are like big local around the south jersey area.
