It is a very good company, and they're good at what they do. They check every single spot, and do an amazing job. I would recommend them.

Had some issues with communication, but they responded back fairly quickly the next day. Once we cleared everything up, Cowleys refunded us for groundhog removal.

We set up an annual agreement with them and they were very successful with getting rid of the mice. The guy that came in spent a lot of time in my home to figure out where the problems were and he was very nice. He was very knowledgeable and gave some excellent suggestions. We have not had any signs of mice since.

Bought their coupon on Angie's list that had three yard treatments over the course of the season for tick control. Technician was professional and showed up on time for first appointment. They offered mosquito as well for an additional charge, and I agreed. Technician advised office would call to schedule remainder of tick control treatments and mosquito billing. That was in July, it's now October. I have left three messages in that time frame and have heard nothing back.

Did not hire them. They quoted me $925 over the phone without knowing what I needed. I was looking for a bit more of a personal or targeted solution.

They came out almost immediately, assessed the situation, priced it and went to work. The louvers were covered with hardware cloth with one end attached with an extractor to prevent reentry. Three days later the techs returned removed the extractor and we were good. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Checked for termites and found few mud tunnels in garage. Came back few days later and took care of carpenter bees and steroid infected carpenter ants and put tubes in ground around the outside of the house to stop termites. We took the 1 year checkups. House ready to put on the market. The salesman, son of owner, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The exterminator w,as also very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. No call back from company. Apparently they don't want my business. Service rep on phone didn't even know about Angies list coupon. Quite embarrassing really.

They were excellent. With the squirrels, they came right away to remove any of the critters who were in the trap, and the carpenter ant problem was handled right away and was very effective.

Pests were all killed in one visit.

From the first contact over the phone (I'm sorry, but I don't remember the young lady's name) to when James came by on a really hot day, to their removal of the animals the next day, it was great. James was very personable when he explained everything he was going to do, and the logic behind doing it, and why they are cheaper than their competitors. He started by installing traps on our roof with non-toxic bait inside and explained he or another technician would check the trap every other day at a minimum. If/when an animal entered the trap, they would be removed humanely, and not euthanized but relocated. The next morning, my wife found the mother raccoon in the trap and a call was made that day, a Saturday, to Cowley's. It took a bit, but we realize we aren't the only customers out there, and they came by around 2:30 in the afternoon to retrieve mom and her babies, which were still in our attic (three babies in all). After removing them, the technician installed a mesh screen over our broken attic cover, and would have replaced it, but we already have a guy lined up for that. At all times, every employee of Cowley's was top notch.

I have used Cowleys for several years, at two different residences. They are always highly responsive, friendly, and very professional. I've used their Silver Protection Plan, which covers a wide number of pests and includes regular maintenance visits. I believe this plan is around $500. Their products are pet safe, which we love, and I have seen first hand that they can mitigate or eliminate mice, spiders, camelback crickets, pill bugs, and ants. My husband and I also recently had our new house sealed along the roof to try to alleviate the number of stink bugs appearing inside (cost around $400). We still have a fair amount of stink bugs, but the technician did warn us that stink bugs still trapped below the roof would continue crawling into the house, so it may take a while to see a reduction in numbers. Fingers crossed it does the trick after the stragglers finish crawling out!

I have a sentricon system. I don't have a standard treatment that I use. I installed a sentricon system because I have decking that goes around the back of my house, so you can't get to my foundation. They come and check the system to make sure all the heads are working. It's an electronic system not a spray. It's a little different than the common spray. You pay each year for the monitoring. You pay to have the system installed, and then you pay every February for the renewing of the monitoring because it's digital. It reads from their office and computer. They're a great company. The price is a little bit on the high side.

They're very good. They usually do an inspection. We really like them. When they have to do outside stuff, they just leave a recorded, you don't have to be home. We're just doing the checking. They come a couple of times a year to inspect and when we had the carpenter bees they come immediately. They're very, very good. I have an annual service with them. I get the upgraded one. I get carpenter bees and if there where an termites. Although I don't have any termites but I get carpenter ants. Because when I first got into my house, years, years, years ago, I got carpenter ants so I have that on there. But we've got like the supreme thing and tell you the truth, I wanted to check out other places and they were the cheapest still around. I checked out other places and what you get with this, you know. I thought of taking some off and putting some on but they were the best price. They usually tell they are going to be here within an hour and stuff like that and they come. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I use them every year. I do an annual contract with them and I do the upgraded contract and this way it covers everything and I feel better. I'm pretty sure they are the ones we started with, I've been here since 1998. I think they were the ones we started with so at least 15 years.

Cowleys is excellent. Its an annual plan I have with them so there is no charge. It was a yearly. We have used them twice so I am actually going out of my way to take this call. They have been very good. They did everything they said they would. It is a reasonable price. They are not cheap but they are not expensive either. I would say you get what you pay for. I would just say they are very responsible. They are professional, and they stand by their work. The workers were absolutely professional.

You could actually say I had used 4 other companies for the same work I used Cowelys for, and after using Cowelys I wouldn't use anybody else. It was pretty great. They are not cheap but they are reasonable. You get what you pay for.

They come out 3 times a year. They are great. They are a good company. I haven't compared prices. I will absolutely continue to use them. I would like them to call and let me know when they are coming to my home. They just show up and do their thing.
