Everything was excellent. I think they are a little pricey. Everything was fine. The workers were very polite and professional.

We love Cowleys. We are on a annual program with them for our house here. They are great, so we got the yearly subscription with them and they are fantastic. We don't have a pest problem, but it is because we are with them. We also have a rental property on the back of our property on our carriage house. It is covered as well. We just have them come through every month and they do a maintenance program for us. If we see anything, they come right out away too. It's great. It's $500 a year and they come out 12 times. They come out every month and then if we see something. If we see a mouse or a bug or whatever they come out as many times as they need to in addition to that. They are awesome. We love their service.

They do a very good job. They come out 3 times a year. It's excellent work. They are very thorough and they are very responsive. Even if you are in between regular visits, if you have a problem or you suspect a problem, they will come out the next day and check it out for you. They are very good. I am under contract with them.

We get a little text message and a phone call to remind us that they are coming out the following day. We don't need to be here because they do like a perimeter of each of the homes. They just check for outside signs of stuff. As long as the perimeter is done and there is nothing on the inside it just keeps the bugs and rodents from coming in. So it is great. They're terrific. We have been with them for, I think, 4 years. They're fantastic. They also do mosquito spraying in the summer. They have a newsletter sent out to our email to let us know if there is an infestation of anything, or what to watch for with pollen. They are just a fantastic company. We think they're great.

They were right on time. They answered every question we had and explained in detail what they were going to do. They're very professional and the sales person rep and the person who came out for the treatment were very friendly and answered all of our questions.

I have been using them for about a year. They do an excellent job. There are others that are a little bit cheaper, but they are pretty competitive.

The problem was resolved. We decided to go with the annual service contract which covered preventative services for other pests.

Excellent work in both cases. An adjustment had to be done in their crawlspace service and they stood behind their work and fixed the issue with no problem or attitude.

Someone came out to the house the same day initial call was made. Mice were gone within a week. The person who came to the house (Chris) was extemely polite, punctual and professional. I would definitely use this service again if needed.

We had two different Cowleys employees work here. Dennis and James were both very professional and great to work with. Their communication with each other and with our office was outstanding. Their work was thorough and their follow up was very much appreciated. The office staff ( Nancy ) was equally a pleasure to work with and communicate with. I highly recommend this company. Everything went very well. No problems and I am very satisfied with the results. No more Ants and I did have some critters and that was all taken care of also. No more ants or critters. I was very happy to deal with Crowley's Pest Control. They were very thorough and did a great job.

They were okay. When they came out initially the guy handled the ants. I called them back 30 days later and when the guy came out the second time, he didn't really do much. He just pretty much said that I would have to get a contract with them before they could do anything else. The first time was okay. The price was okay but it was actually half the price of a yearly contract. I was just trying to figure out what was going on at my property so I didn't mind the price so much. The problem that I had was that they weren't willing to really deal with the ants unless I took on a contract. They were early in coming out. There were no additional charges. That was the total cost of the visit. It also included calling them back before the 30 days if I still had an ant problem. When I called them back before the 30 days, the gentleman said there is really nothing else that they can do unless I take on their contract for the year. They should stick by what we agreed to and if I call them back the second time, they need to get rid of the ants at that moment. There was a decrease in the ant activity, but they never really got rid of the ants.

Poorly some lights installed before thanksgiving final lights installed 2 weeks before Christmas

Everyone we spoke with was very professional. The tech was very honest with us and it was fairly priced for the work.

It was fine. They did a good job. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They explained everything they were doing. They were fine. So far, so good.

They could have done two things better. One is treat the more urgent termite problem better. They didn't treat the source that well. They just pumped some termite killing stuff into the wall but they didn't show any curiosity to look into the basement and to see where the actual tunnels were. What they should have done was treat the source better. They just treated the areas in the house. They didn't treat the problem so they completely failed in that aspect. We sold us a bogus preventative thing. It's another $700. You put the spikes in the ground every 6 feet around your house but they don't actually attract termites to this thing. It's not an effective way to prevent termites. It's a complete failure and it didn't work. The cost was average. Their responsiveness was fine. He did come on time. Professionalism was fine.

They were reliable. It was effective. I was pleased. I think they were very responsive. They provide great communication. I get e-mail updates all the time so that's a big plus. The price was reasonable. I don't see some pests. Responsiveness was very good.

It was very good. I have a service contract with them where they come four times a year or something. I am not quite sure how much their last visit was. The gentleman who came, his name is Todd, is very, very helpful. He explains things to me -- what the problem is and why it is not a problem; they take the time.

The service was very good. They have checked the sunroom every time and the mouse has never come back from the first time. I was using another pest control company and Cowley's seems much better than the other company. They are very helpful, they explain and they came much quicker than the other company came. They are just much better.

This was the first time they came out. They came the very next morning after I called them. They just took care of it. I was just saying the other day to my daughter that I was so much happier with them than I was with a previous company I used. I will keep the contract with Cowley's and let the contract with the other company go.

It was wonderful. We've used them since we got into this house, which is 5 years ago. They show up when you have an appointment. They've always come and serviced whatever we need to have done. They really do check around and not just look.

We've been using Cowleys Pest Services for years. There's nothing I dislike about them. They're fine. We've been using them for years, infact, probably decades to this point. Our interaction with them has been fine. When I call them, they come. We have a couple of contracts enforced and they automatically take care of those and then send me a bill and, you know, a couple of things might be a little bit pry on stuff, other than that, everything is fine. The work that they've done turned out fine. I would obviously use them again in the future.

It was wonderful. The technician was very thorough and answered all concerns. He made me feel like I was in good hands.

This was paid for a month ago, and they never contacted me. My follow up email to them went unanswered.
