Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out excellent. They were quick and they did the job perfectly, as I had asked them to do. They also gave me prices on spraying the house.

They did OK. I had additional window cleaning I wanted done beyond the $99 limit, but they did not have time. They left, and they did not make an appointment to return.

The crew came on the date and in the time frame agreed upon. They did the work and left without talking to us. A few days later we had a hard rain, and the gutters did their job, so we assume the workers had done the work correctly. This work was a followup to the gutter cleaning we paid for as an Angie's List Big Deal, during which we were given a price estimate for the work which needed to be done.

Requested service through Angie's list and was contacted by the provider with-in the two business day window. They came to the house on the day and with-in the window schedule for the service. The workers were professional, courteous and completed the project efficiently. I would recommend and use them in the future.

The technicians were very quick, but thorough, and answered my questions about the condition of my roof and gutters. They were very professional and punctual. I will use this company again for gutter cleaning.

Two guys who came were very professional and they got the job done in about 30 minutes. The reason I gave a C for responsiveness is because I had originally contacted the company to schedule a cleaning but they did not get back with me to schedule a date and time. An offer subsequently appeared on Angie's list and I took advantage of it. The offer required payment upfront and this time there was no problem with the scheduling.

The gentlemen arrived as scheduled, walked down the job and discussed additional costs if we wanted more than 20 windows cleaned. We also discussed the condition of our gutters and I mentioned we were planning on having them cleaned this fall. We agreed on a good price for the gutter cleaning and they cleaned the gutters and completed the windows as per the coupon. The work was done quickly and carefully and the windows and gutters look great -- except for one which has some streaking on the outside. Unfortunately it's an upstairs window and I can't really get to it to touch it up. Both men were very professional and I'll certainly use this provider in the future.

They showed up on time, and called when they were on their way to the house. Came to the door and were very polite and professional. Told me they would get started and it wouldn't take long under an hour. I had my 2 year old taking a nap, so I was concerned that they would wake her, but she slept right through them working. Cleaning gutters is a messy job, especially when you don't do it often (guilty). So I was worried about the mess on our brand new deck (installed early spring, unstained). They did a decent job at cleaning up all the fallen debris. But they did miss a few spots in and around objects on the deck, but nothing a once over with the blower couldn't remedy. All in all, they did a good job and would recommend them to others.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was perfect. It was wonderful. I wanted them to give me some estimates on tree trimming but I think they were more confused because when I got out there, they started looking in my backyard and they were looking at trees but I really only wanted bushes trimmed and they said they don't have the equipment so that was okay. I paid a little bit extra for them to bag it up but they didn't charge me anymore. It was perfect.

It went very well. I paid an additional $80 because I had the gutters cleaned. This was not my first time using them. They were very thorough and certainly very professional. I would use them in the future.

It was fine. I had them do some additional service, but there were no additional charges.

Service was good and was what we expected. We had to pay a small amount extra ($20 I think) to have the gutters cleaned in our detached garage, but it wasn't a problem. They also gave us a very reasonable quote to install gutter covers.

Arrived much later than scheduled without calling to explain. But very friendly and helpful. did nice work.

Very professional. We were called & given an estimated time of arrival about an hour before. Gutters were cleaned and estimates for repairs given. All went well and we will use their services again.

I contacted this company on August 16 to schedule an appointment. I left a voicemail asking someone to call me back. Someone returned my call the same day and left me a voicemail. I called the company again on August 19. The person I talked to told me that the scheduler would contact me the next day to set something up. I did not hear from the scheduler via phone, but I did receive an email stating that my service date was for September 2 (Labor Day) and that they would call me on the weekday before with the approximate time frame. This seemed odd to me that they would not ask me first what day would work best for me as the customer. Also, my not knowing the time frame until the day before would not have been a problem, I suppose, since it was a holiday, and I could have changed my plans. And had they only been doing the outside of my windows, I would not have had to be at home, however, the coupon I purchased was for indoor/outdoor window washing, so I needed to be there. I then received an email later that day stating that the service date had been changed to Saturday, September 7. Still, that would have been okay, I guess, since it was a weekend day, but I was going to be out of town that weekend. I called the company and actually was able to speak to a person about scheduling. I informed him that I would be out of town for September 7, but another Saturday would work for me. He told me that they usually do not schedule on Saturdays. I told him that I work full-time, and cannot wait to find out until the day before what the time frame for my appointment will be. He agreed to put me down to be the first service stop at around 8:30am on Friday, September 13. I appreciated that, as it allowed me to schedule my work day to accommodate the appointment. So, yesterday, on September 12, I received an email that told me that my appointment was for September 13 from 12:00-3PM, obviously not the time frame I was told by the company's scheduler to whom I spoke. I called the company and spoke to the receptionist, and told her that the time frame was incorrect and that I had spoken to the scheduler who told me that I would be the first service appointment of the day. She informed me that she did not have that information noted on the schedule. I was so frustrated at this point that I told her I wanted a refund for the coupon I purchased through Angie's List. She told me that there was not a manager on site to speak to and that I would have to talk to Angie's List about getting a refund. I understand that sometimes issues arise with scheduling and that mistakes are part of being human. I also get that in the window washing business appointments may have to change due to weather and what not. However, I have never had this kind of bizarre scheduling experience with other companies I have hired through Angie's List, nor do I understand how this company does such a good business (very high ratings on Angie's List) by informing customers the day before what the time frame will be for their appointment. How can that work for customers who are employed and single?? Also, I prefer a different type of customer service -- the kind that communicates via phone versus email. It just feels more personal and more efficient. In addition, I think that it would have helped a bit had the receptionist been apologetic for the scheduling problems I had experienced. She was not.

They came when they said they would. They did a good job. I was happy with the work but I haven't called them back yet to do the gutter replacement. They were young looking but they seemed professional. One guy really seemed to know what he was doing and he directed the other guy.

My house was painted last spring. The painter told me it would need to be pressure washed in about a year...boy was he right!!! I have used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners before to clean my gutters. They do pressure washing as well, so I gave them a call to wash the house and patio. They did a great job. They showed up on time and were very professional. The house looks freshly painted again and the dirty patio looks almost new. Give these guys a call, I highly recommend them. Brian

Crew was very professional. They were on time and polite. It was a 2 men crew. Unfortunately the quality was poor. Windows have smudges, and not clean entirely. The center of the window was clean mostly but the edges are not. They cleaned also from inside. They forgot to lock 25% of all windows. Some windows ? they lock the cord with it ? another words the cord (attached to the blind) was in between the windows. They used a ladder inside which put black mark on the window frame ? pretty bad. I was a bit upset since we had the painting done all through the house couple of months ago. But the inside crew did clean it after wards. Overall ? the price was good if the quality was a little bit better and if the inside crew was a bit more detail oriented. It is unfortunate because the crew was overall good people. I would not use them again.

Overall a good experience. Daniel scheduled an appointment to determine what needed to be done. Though he was late (by several hours), he provided an estimate and gave me a couple of options on when the work could be done, either the next day, or one of two days the following week. Worked ended up being done two days after our initial appointment!

They were running a little late, but I was kept informed by phone of when they'd arrive. The job was done quickly and neatly...no complaints on my end at all about their service. Very polite, let me know exactly what they were doing and when they were complete. Very satisfied...would definitely use them again.

Just as the last two visits, no problems.

Great. They had excellent, timely communication. Reminder calls. Courteous. On time, thorough job. Left a reasonable estimate for future services, including pressure washing. I will probably hire them for that soon.

Went fine. Gutters in the back of the house (3 stories up) were not thoroughly cleaned.
