Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Had requested they go ahead and pressure wash detached garage and they did not. I forgot to move my three planters. They were not moved (which I understand is my responsibility) but large area of the back deck was not cleaned and it just would have been nice if they could have gone the extra mile. I did pay extra to have the back deck and front porch cleaned. Overall, I was pleased with the results and would use them again. I am planning to have them come back in the spring hopefully.

They were reliable and did a good job.

Company was very professional in responding to my phone call to schedule service. However, when the technicians arrived they were not able to clean the windows because of storm windows that were attached to the windows with screws. The techs were very polite and apologized for the inconvenience.

It turned out fine. Their pricing was fair. They scheduled in a proper period of time. They came on time and did a thorough job. They left the place very clean. A lot of times, companies like that would blow off debris off your roof and then it is all over your property and they did not do that. They left the place nice and neat. There was no negative aspect in the experience. I would absolutely use them again in the future. I would certainly be calling them in the spring when it is time to clean the roof off again.

The service was great from beginning to end. The initial contact made to schedule the appointment to the end result. Three men came about at least 10 minutes before time. They were cordial and in/out before I knew it. They also made recommendations about my roof. I would definitely use them again. And the price that was advertised was great!!

Crew showed earlier than I was told originally but since they called before they came it wasn't a problem. They gave us a estimate on the repairs and preformed the work and from what I could see they didn't leave a mess behind. I'll check round the house in the daytime and see if the repairs have fixed the leaks but all looks good.

The gutters were clean. There's not much else to say about it.

I had a used a competitor in the past, but they were not able to schedule the work. The competitor charged me for 33 windows. I called ABGC, and they quoted me a price that was half of the competitor based on the 33 windows, and came out sooner. The problem was, that when they arrived, they informed me that they count windows differently. A "window" may count for more than one window based on the number of panes in the window. They said I had 76 windows, the way they counted. They had quoted me $100 over the phone, but with their creative counting, the price was $228. This was not an unfair price, but I resented them not telling me about their "creative" way they count windows.

I wouldn't go for this particular company. The deal may have sounded good but last year the company that did our work did a much better job and didn't nickel and dime up. The cost for each additional window was very high. The original deal was 99$. Windows were *NOT* closed properly after the cleaning. None of the window sills were even bothered to be wiped down. I don't know if it was like this because we used an Angie's list coupon but with all the other companies out there, i wouldn't take a chance in recommending this one. Sorry :(

Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I went outside to greet the two service people who came to do the job, but they obviously weren't interested in conversation. They wanted to get the job done and move on. And, that they did. They were at my house for approximately 20-30 minutes, but the gutters were clear of debris (a lot of it was sitting in the bushes and on the grass/driveway/walkways, but the landscapers cleaned that up on their next visit). I can't complain with the job that was done!

It has been difficult for me to find gutters company that will do smaller jobs - repairs etc. Most all want to completely change your gutters with new. This provider - gave me very sensible advice, - was willing to do small repairs only (as needed), - scheduled a service, - arrived on time, - called before starting to work on the house, - did a great job, - charged as quoted, - left a very clean working area, - quoted in detail additional recommended work without doing a hard sell of complete gutter replacement If you need any repair or cleaning of your gutters, use only these people!

In the end it turned out well. They basically came by the house and just give us an estimate and didn't work and after they left my husband called me and I called the company it turned up they did have guarantee of paying them through Angie's list they had to leave and always get back and blah blah so three to four hours later they got it straight and they came out and did a great job and even pressure washed our walkway and make up for inconvenience. I would use them again in the future.

They were efficient, on time, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves well. The customer service was very efficient too.

Arrived when they said they would and cleaned the gutters. The $89.00 price was because of an Angie's list coupon. Normally it costs $145.00. This is the third time that I have used this company. They do a good job cleaning gutters. If you want repairs, it's a bit of a hassle. You get the date of service several days ahead of time, but don't get the actual time window until the night before. So, if you need to be around to talk to them, you have to have the whole day free. If they are just cleaning the gutters, you don't have to be there.

They were here when they said they were going to be here and they seemed to do a good job and had couple of additional repairs. I was confident that they knew what they were doing and did a good job.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out great for us. The one thing that I did not like was that they were quite a bit late. I had to call them up to find out when they were coming. They had promised a starting window and they did not show. The service that they provided us was fine. They were very quick. We did not spend anything other than the big deal purchase.

They were punctual and professional, but I didn't see much of an improvement on my windows after they had finished cleaning them. I had used another company two years ago that had done an exceptional job that lasted for two years.

I scheduled the gutter cleaning with Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. The day before our scheduled appointment, I called the ABGC office and asked if the cleaners could inspect our gutters for any needed repairs; I had noticed one section in particular that appeared to be leaking. The man I spoke with stated that, not only would the cleaners inspect and advise about any needed repairs, but they would likely call me to discuss any needed repairs while they were actually at my house for the cleaning. I said that sounded good. Needless to say, no one called me the following day. When I got home from work in the evening, there was a receipt waiting for me. On it, someone (presumably the man I had spoken with the prior day) had written "Inspect for repairs." Below that, in different handwriting, was written the following: "If gets just the gutter it's $1840. If gets gutter & cover it's $2760. Also needs roof. Call Rick for estimate." It appears that these are price quotes for whole-house gutter replacement. There was no indication on the page of what is actually wrong with my gutters that warrants whole-house replacement, and no mention of what made anyone think we need a new roof (a roofing company told me earlier this year that my roof should be good for about another 5 years). I considered calling ABGC to press them for details about specifically what repairs they thought were needed, but I ultimately decided that I shouldn't have to chase them down for the details. They did a fine job cleaning the gutters, from what I can tell.

Job was handled quickly. They contacted me while I was at work to notify me of several maintenance issues (some of which I knew of prior.) I asked if they could perform the repairs that day and they did.

They came on time, they removed all debris and left the house very clean. Even though it had been too long, they did not complain and did not charge us extra. I was very impressed. I would use them again. Their reputation is well-deserved

We have a large house and some very steeply pitched parts of our roof that are effectively 4 stories off the ground -- it scared me just to watch them! But they did a thorough job and everything looked great. They also spotted a few things that probably need work on our roof. Rather than just tell us about these issues they showed us pics snapped with a smart phone. we didn't do anything at the time (and we never felt like we were in any bait and switch situation), but we probably will do something in the future.

They cleaned everything off the roof and cleaned up everything around the house when they were done. Great service.
