Everything went well. The wokers were punctual, did a great job for a great price, and arrived in uniforms. The house looks beautiful thanks to them.

It was a good job.they were very specific about the size of your house and the cost. I had more I wanted them to do but they didnt have time that day ,but they returned a week later and did it. I would use them again.

No service provided...the Big Deal I had purchased expired three days before I called to ask if they would still honor it. The young lady was very courteous but said their policy was not to extend any deal that had expired. She said they would put the value toward the true cost of the service but not honor the Big Deal as purchased.

That was great. We had a lot more windows than the deal said. We had like 35 windows but they were really fair on the extra costs. So it worked out very well. The guy who was in charge of the job was very professional and very friendly.

They were excellent, they were superb. First they came and cleaned our gutters, and they were so knowledgeable that we had them come back and install all new gutters. When they say they are going to show up, they're there when they say they'll be there. They have plenty of crew to handle the job and our house is in an H shape and so we have very long runs which is atypical and they were able to install the new gutters. And they are very responsive.

We were very please with the gutter cleaning. They were trust worthy and professional. The price was fair and the work was very good.

After purchase of the deal I was contacted within 2 business days via email which outlined process very thoroughly. I received subsequent email as promised confirming date of service. One day prior to service I received call confirming window of service noon to 3pm. I received a call at 11am day of service notifying me they would be there at noon. Their crew did an excellent job...house definitely needed some extra attention. Upon arriving they pointed out a couple of spots which had oxidized thus could not get the 1 foot section perfect...definitely understand. Clean up was great. Upon completion my neighbor walked over and scheduled an appointment with them as well. I highly recommend. Not only is the service great but they do an outstanding job of setting proper expectations, educating consumer on process and adhering to their guidelines.

Everything turned out well. Have had no problems. They were prompt and professional.

Provider notified us ahead of time when they would be coming by. They showed up on time. They did the work very quickly, and cleaned up all the debris that had blown off the roof, They also blew the leaves off our drive way. At our request they also provided a bid to replace our gutters. The bid was well done and understandable, included replacing some rotten boards under the old gutters. They gave us a 10% discount on the bid since we had contacted them through Angie's list. The price was very reasonable, we had used a coupon from Angie's to purchase the service. All in all very happy with the service and the price.

We had gotten the company to come out to clean our old gutters using an Angie's List coupon. They did a very good job on that work, and we asked them for an estimate on replacing the gutters. The old gutters had been on the house for almost 30 years, so several of them had some holes and had come out the drainage connections. They gave us an estimate for the replacements, and showed my wife what the new gutters would look like. She liked the style and the gutters had a good warranty on materials and workmanship. The company called us a day ahead to confirm that the workers would be arriving the next day. We did not have to be there, which was convenient, since my wife had to go out while they were there. They did the job quickly and the work looks to be good quality. The gutters look very good on the house, and we recently had some heavy rain, every thing looks to be draining as intended. The crew carried of the old gutters and waste debris from the old gutters. They did a good job at a very competitive price ( we had not had any other estimates come in under $2700 for the job). We are very happy with the new gutters and the company. We will continue to use them to clean the new gutters when they need it.

Completed on time and as expected.

They notified us that our gutters were loose during a routine gutter cleaning. Provided a detailed quote and were able to get out and do the repair work within a week.

Shondale, Jamie, and Dan were punctual and professional. We discussed some additional work I wanted done, beyond what we had purchased via an Angie's List deal, and then they went right to work. The driveway, patio, and walkway are pretty easy to clean, especially with the right equipment, which they brought. The roof is another matter. We had some moss growing on two shaded sections, and some mild discoloration underneath a chimney. Shondale first sprayed the area with bleach (at least that's what I think it was), and then rinsed it. When he was done up top, he came down and rinsed the bushes that had received some overspray. They started at 3:00, which is when they said they'd start. They weren't able to get everything done, even working an 1+ hours beyond the time they had planned to finish (we have a large roof), but before they left we scheduled a follow-up day when Shondale would be available to finish the work on the roof and the sides of the house. The only small criticism is that they forgot to put the picnic table back in its original spot when they were done. Given that it was out of sight behind the house, and they finished as it was getting dark, long after a normal dinner time, so I don't blame them at all for the oversight. it's easy enough for a friend and me to put back. Not having used a lot of other firms, I can't honestly testify that they're the "best", but I don't doubt it. I know they're excellent.

All work performed well, as advertised, on schedule.

I was satisfied with the work. My only suggestion would be that the workers dress more professionally or wear uniforms.

I have a porch in the back and front and I didn’t know this when purchasing the Big Deal, but that was not considered a part of the house. My house is stone, brick, and wood and they said they couldn’t clean the stone or brick so I didn’t feel like I got my house really cleaned. Unfortunately, they didn’t have this information in the Big Deal description. They only cleaned vertical wood pieces of my home. Other than this miscommunication, the work they did was fine. For what they did though, I felt it was expensive. There was one guy who was really friendly, but another guy could have been friendlier. They didn’t say hello to me and I heard cursing. It was really bizarre.

I received a courtesy call the day before the service. The worker was delayed the next day due to a business meeting but called to notify me when he would arrive. The service worker was polite and courteous, and the job was completed expertly. The next week, the manager called to ask if I was pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaners to others. It should be noted that the price of $99 was a special..

Everything was fine. The work was done on a rental property. If there was a problem, my tenant would have let me know. Service was good. They responded quickly, but it took a bit longer to schedule to service than I expected. The work was still done in a reasonable amount of time though. They had a system and they came when they said they would. They were professional.

It started off a little rough. Their truck broke down on the way, so they had to postpone until the next day. By 5:00, they still had not arrived, so I called the office and talked to someone with no personality, but they got the driver on the phone to give me an update. The driver was great! He drove all the way across town to keep the appointment, and even called in another crew to get the work done before dark. Once they got there and got started, they did a great job! The crew people were very professional and personable. I actually would highly recommend this company, but strongly recommend they put a different person on the phone at the office!

They came on time and worked efficiently. Everything was good about the service.
