They pressure washed the house and made repairs to our gutter. Everything was accomplished over the phone and the work was done on schedule. Excellent company.

They did an excellent job and even blew the complete driveway and sidewalk off for us. I know the leaves on the driveway were not from the gutters, so I think they did a terrific job and even went above and beyond for us because they knew we were throwing a party that night.

met before work done to verify what was needed. showed up for job on time and ready to go. they made sure removing different items was ok and asked where we wanted them placed temporarily. They too a good amount of time and worked hard. The house looks great!

They cleaned the gutters and our skylight. When I got home, you couldn't even tell they'd been there to look at the ground, so they cleaned up after themselves exceptionally well. My husband checked, and the gutters are in fact empty - and the skylight looks fabulous. I wasn't home, but they took care of it, and I thought the price was very reasonable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. I did like the pre and post follow up. They not only sent me an email but I heard from them as well.

Based on a positive review from a co-worker I contacted Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners to get an estimate for new gutters, down spouts and gutter covers. The first time I called they took my information and said someone would get back to me. No one did. The second time I called they took my information and once again said someone would get back to me. No one did. The third time I called they said the estimator was extremely busy and would get back to me as soon as he could. Two weeks later I got a call from their estimator saying he would be by later in the day to give me an estimate. I told him I wouldn't be able to meet him at the time he proposed, and he said he could come back the following day at 10am. I said that would work well. I took the following morning off work to meet the gentlemen and he never showed up. No call to let me know he would be late. No call to say he was sorry he missed my appointment. He just stood me up. Being extremely frustrated I called the company back to tell them what happened. They were very apologetic, and once again schedule the estimator to come out. You can only imagine my frustration when he didn't show up a second time and no one bothered to call me to explain why. I should have written them off after they didn't return my phone calls, but based on my co-workers positive review I thought I would give them another chance. This experience caused me to lose a day of work, and I cannot recommend this company.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. The service was great. They were very easy to communicate with and came and got right to work. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It was a great service. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. They left a report of what they had done and what needed to be done on the roof. That was the kind of service I expect. This was my first time I used them. They’re a great company to use for the work they do. I would recommend them to my friends. I didn’t have issues with the gutters since they did the cleaning.

I purchased the pressure washing and window cleaning package. Atlanta's Best explained that the pressure washing would get the windows fairly clean and that I would be better served to exchange that service for pressure washing my driveway and walkway. It is nice to work with a company that has the customer's best interest in mind. The service was prompt and they arrived timely and completed the job to my great satisfaction.

It was easy to schedule an appointment through email and they were able to complete the work when we weren’t home. There were no additional costs beyond the Big Deal. The experience was very good.

No problems whatsoever. Owner was great about answering my questions and concerns prior to the appointment. Spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining his service, how to compare gutter cleaning services using online sites, discussing his philosophy of business, etc. I will definitely use this company again!

The guys were courteous, did a good job cleaning the gutters, and even cleaning up that came out of the gutters. We got a little lucky there, as it hadn't rained in a couple weeks.

I was not there but my wife was. She said everyone was nice and professional. I plan on using them later in the fall once all the leaves fall.

Showed up on time and did a good job. What I didn't like was that he wanted to remove the gutter screens. No charge for that but I really wonder if it was the right thing to do. It seems to me that that screens really helped in the fall when we have lots of leaves falling from October to December. I have to think he just wanted to keep me on the hook for another cleaning job that might not have been necessary if I had kept the screens.

They arrived right on time and without wasting any time they started right away. The two gentlemen were professional and did an exceptional job that from now on I will use their services! my house, balcony and driveway never looked better.

I was very pleased with their service. These guys were great. There were three crew members and it took about 2.5 hours to complete the work. They did a great job. They were very kind and courteous in my home. They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They called the day before to let me know when they would be coming by as well as on the date of the appointment. They arrived promptly and I highly recommend them!.

After reviewing Angie?s List, I called Atlanta?s Best Gutter Cleaners on August 21, 2013 to schedule an estimate to have gutters installed on my home after I completed repairs and painting. I was told the estimator would get back to me within a week. No-one called. I follow up with an email to Brad Ladner via the Angie?s list contact link on September 16, 2013 and was able to schedule an estimate on September 20, 2013 with Rick. The following week and the week after, I called Rick four times and left two voice-mails to check on the estimate. He did not return my calls or respond to my voice mails. Atlanta?s Best Gutter Cleaners failure to respond to new customer has cost them my business and earned this failing review. Their complete lack of customer service is not a good way to run a successful business.

We weren't unhappy with them but I think they did try to sell us bunch of stuff that we didn't need. We paid what they quoted. I think I remembered them saying they didn't realize the house was so big. I don't remember any problems.

The service was great. The guys did a wonderful job. I was really pleased with that. There was a mix up in the timing but other than that, everything was fine. The men themselves, with the work that they did, they were very responsive. There was just a little miscommunication but they were very responsive when they were here.
