Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

It was great. The gentleman who came to the house arrived on time, worked very hard, and did an excellent job with the cleaning. In fact, he did the best job of anyone that I've ever had for pressure washing services.

It was a good service. They were prompt, did a good job and left the place clean. I have no complaints. The price was fair and it seemed like a good deal.

Was pleased with their attention to making sure there was no debris around the house and yard after finishing up the gutter cleaning. However, was surprised to see they clean the gutters with high-powered blowers while walking around on the roof. I'm sure this method makes the job much quicker, but not sure of the impact on the roof and gutters.

They did a great job and I will definitely have them out this year to do my fence and deck.

They did a good job. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a quote for the additional things and stayed on top of things. Their quote was in line with others that I had. I think that the price was a little high on the gutter covers. They came out the next day. They showed up when they said they would. I would use them again.

Severely cold weather prevented the provider from making the first scheduled date, which was quite understandable. We rescheduled and, despite wet weather, they made sure they completed the job. They blew off the driveway which was badly in need of it, and which I considered an extra service on their part. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had is the surcharge they added. I had used this same service and provider in 2012 (Angie's list special) and there was no surcharge. When I called ABG to inquire about this, I was told that this was ALWAYS their policy and that they have always charged this way. I'm quite sure the size of my house hasn't changed in that period of time, so I can only assume that this vendor has found this to be a convenient way to advertise a special and then squeeze additional revenues out of the customers.

They only spent 10 minutes on my roof and left. Usually when I have my gutters cleaned by other companies they sprey the gutters out with a hose. Atlanta's best did not do that. They also left leaves all over my patio after removing them from the gutters.

It went very well. I had them come back just this past fall so I've used them again. They followed up from having worked for me before so they emailed me offering me a deal. They kept in touch with me as a customer so I used them again.

Eric and Nick were fast, thorough and courteous. We were very impressed by the job they did in cleaning up the mess that came out of the gutters from our patio and driveway.

They did a great job. Introduced themselves when they arrived. Asked if there were any issues with the gutters. Cleaned up what was left from another company not doing a thorough job cleaning my gutters. During the cleanup they even blew everything off my back deck. They only minor thing would be they were a few minutes outside of the time window. They did call when they were on the way and now that I have used them once I can say you do not need to be at the house when they are cleaning your gutters. They do a very good job and I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, they came out, and they cleaned. I noticed that they did other kinds of work and I asked them if they would do it, and they did it. When there was a little issue of still trying to get the drainage right, it came right out again and they worked on it free of charge. I called them out again by the end of December just to take off the leaves that have fallen and they came out, and they were prompt and did a good job, and the price was reasonable.

Easy scheduling, showed up as scheduled, did more than expected and left yard cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent.

My only complaint was that they blew all the gutter debris and leaves on my driveway onto my ornamental grass in the side yard, making my leaf clean up even more time consuming. I wasn't annoyed enough to spend the time to call and complain about this, but the owner did call a week after the service to check on my satisfaction. I told him about the leaves and he made a note on my account. I will definitely use them again, but will be sure to give more instructions about the leaves.

The work went well. Had a billing error and they attempted to bill me twice for the same work.

It went excellent, no complaints. I will be using them in the spring.

It was not quite as I expected. They only cleaned out what was on top of the gutters and not what was in the gutters. The also blew off the roof. It was a misunderstanding of what the expectation I thought would be. They sent 3 guys out to do the job and they got the job done quickly. They were on time and very professional. They got the job done in about an hour.

The gutter cleaning part was fine. He pointed out that a couple of my gutters were loose and I asked how much it would cost and it seems like a $100 or something like that. It sounded okay but the fact that it only took him for about 10 or 15 minutes to do it and it didn’t sounded okay after that. I actually ended up calling the company that it didn’t seem like a good price for 10 or 15 minutes worth of work.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. What I found out was they counted windows differently than I expected and so the job cost a lot more than what I had anticipated. So in doing that I had them only do the outside windows to keep the cost of the job down. But then I realized that I could not judge their work very well while they were on site because the inside windows still needed to be cleaned and I wasn't really able to see some of the smudges that they left on the outside windows, but again maybe that was because they couldn't see through the windows either. So I would advise basically anybody who is using window services get both sides done at once. They could do that because they price it more for both sides than one side, so if you are inexperienced in using window services, that's a problem. That's the problem that we had with this particular provider. They were on time, they did complete the work quickly and efficiently but we weren't totally happy with the quality, but that was largely because the job was different when they were on site than I had previously thought.

I scheduled the cleaning. They showed up and did a great job! Left no mess around the house.

Kyle and Andrew were in the area, so called to see if it was convenient for them to come today instead of next week. While cleaning the gutters, they noted the gutters were pulling away from the house, mainly due to the old gutter guards. I was aware of they were pulling away, so asked Kyle if they could resecure them now, which they did. They did a nice job and I will certainly call Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners again.
