Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

There were two unfortunate aspects to the service. The first was that we were told since it was wet they would not be able to properly seal a leaking area off our back porch b/c the sealant only works when dry and that to complete the work they would have to come back and charge us for another house visit. We wouldn't take the time to complain about this but it was unfortunate to learn we'd be charged again rather than told they would reschedule for a dry day and only charge us once. The reason we are writing is b/c the clean up around our home was completely unacceptable. In addition to leaving large amounts of debris around our pool house, blowing some of the debris into a neighbors yard and generally failing in this area we also watched as a large amount of leaves was blown from our home more than 200 feet toward the street. We also watched as one employee stepped through our garden, broke off a branch of new azalea, and then placed the broken branch back on the azalea in hopes we wouldn't notice it. For some reason none of the leaves or debris from the roof was bagged or picked up but rather was blown into a neighbors yard and then blown across our own yard. Eventually we asked them to stop blowing the leaves all over our yard and while they watched from their truck I got out a rake and blower and bagged the leaves myself. I am not going on the roof to inspect the work done on the gutters and am not looking for things to be wrong but found the lack of clean up and pride in the work to be astounding and completely unacceptable.

They did a very professional job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was really, really good. We were really happy with it. We didn't pay any additional. My husband was really happy with it.

They did a fantastic job. They were on time. The gutters were clean. Our roof was high and not easy to get to and they didn't have any issues. They were professional. They did the job and they cleaned when they were done. I've been waiting for another coupon to pop up so we can get our gutters cleaned again. I would definitely use them again.

They were extremely communicative, which was appreciated. They e-mailed after I purchased the coupon to give me instructions on how to prep my house, then a follow-up e-mail with my actual service date. Then Snow-pocalypse 2014 hit Atlanta right when I was scheduled for service. They sent an e-mail two days in advance of my originally scheduled service to say my cleaning would be bumped by 2 days. They sent a reminder as the newly scheduled day approached. They called me when they were about 20 minutes away to let me know they were on the way. I had a voicemail from the project manager afterwords to let me know they were finished and identified two potentially issues on my roof, and then another call a few days later asking how it was.

Purchased special through Angie's List. They did a good job and even cleared out some areas on the roof where leaves and debris were piling up.

They were great. They did an excellent job. I also had them put in some light bulbs. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was great.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday (Atlanta's Snowpocalypse), Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners rescheduled for Saturday when they realized the weather would be too dangerous for their employees on Tuesday. They called 10 minutes before arriving and quickly cleaned the gutters. They informed me that my back gutters were starting to pull away from the house and I had them fix them today. The job was finished quickly and professionally. No leaves were left on the ground surrounding my house.

I haven't gone up on the roof to look at the job, but I assume that everything is fine. They cleaned up afterwards. I thought that the service was a little delayed and it wasn't really well communicated.

That cost us a small fortune. They came and cleaned the gutters. Our gutters have metal covers but we are having problems with squirrels getting into our attic. According to our insect man, they are getting in through the roof where the gutter is so we were happy to get the gutter cleaned and inspected as for the part of this deal. They did find some little holes that they were coming in and they told me that they could repair them so I feel great but in dealing with squirrels, we have to use sheet metals because of their teeth. He had to come back because it didn't fully work, the squirrels came in one area that we could see it was a lower area and the squirrels are literally pulling the sheet metal back. The problem was fixed the second time around.

Atlanta's Best does a good job - and cleans up after themselves - which is much appreciated. They have good communication related to scheduling a time to show up and they show up at that time

It turned out just fine. They were professional, arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do. There were no problems. I would use them again.

Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners were wonderful. They were just so good. They were very nice. They came out when they said they would. She was just wonderful. Every time I called, I was able to talk to her, which was nice. They did the whole jobs at once -- pressure washing and gutter cleaning. They guys were nice and very professional and dressed professional. It was a very pleasant experience. They were out here the next day after I called. Their price was good, also.

They came out in October due to my request. They did what they said they were going to do. They were flexible with scheduling and I have even used them a few times in the past. I was not home then they did this work, but I trust them on my property.

They were good. They came in and did the job. They did everything I asked them. They cleaned my balcony, normally they only do the sides and if there's a different thing that they do for patio but they were willing to do my balcony. I was pleased with them and they did a nice job. I don't think they charged me anything extra...I think whatever they needed to do was already included in the price so I was pleased. I don't dislike anything about them. They were very accommodating. I haven't read the original offer carefully enough to realize that they wouldn't just do the upstairs deck as part of whatever I asked them to do. Maybe there were some square feet that they covered and I didn't realize that there is a different process to do decks but they were willing to do that. They didn't charge me extra....I was happy and I will use them again. Make sure that you read what they offer and they will work with you if you have special needs. They accommodated my needs and even if I read the original offer wrong...I think they will be willing to work with me.

They did the work while we were out of town, and we were able to communicate with them by email. They also gave us a full report on what they did and what suggestions they had for us. The work turned out well.

This is the second time I've used Atlanta's Best Gutters. I was looking for a reasonable provider that is insured. Our house is on a steep hill and the roofline is over 30 feet off the ground. These guys have done a quality job and take the appropriate safety precautions. Scheduling on line was easy. Definitely recommend.
