Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

They did a great job and I have used them several times since that visit. I have used them for gutter cleaning as well. They were on time for the service.

I was gone when they did it but when I came home, the gutters were empty and there was no mess left. There was a gutter cover laying on the ground that apparently got knocked off and not put back up but that was the only thing I could call them back about that I haven't gotten around to yet but that was it. The gutters are clean. The work was fine. Their price was less than the bids I've gotten from other people so it was a good price. They had to change the date because it was a bad weather but they were very professional because they called and asked if they could reschedule it and so we did. If I needed them, I'd call them again.

All went well. They had to reschedule a return date for trimming the tree branch that was rubbing on my roof because of not having equipment with them. No problems.

Everything turned out great. They came on time for the appointment and they got everything done. I felt the price was spot on and scheduling went great. The results were great as well.

They cleaned up and left everything looking great. We were having some landscaping done and they even cleaned up a pile of yard trash that was on the side of the house. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I was not home on the day of service, but all work was completed to my satisfaction. They also left a note on the invoice alerting me to the fact that I needed a new roof, which I have since then replaced. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

It went great and the crew was very professional

After purchase of service, they contacted me that same day and asked for my address which I immediately sent back to them. Three days passed without hearing back, so I sent them an email. They responded back with an apology and said they have me set up for 5 days out and they would send me an official email in a few minutes. This email did not arrive. A few days later, I received an email that my scheduled appointment would be changed 2 days later due to icy weather(I can understand this as the town was shut down), but the day they had me scheduled for was a day earlier than I was told in the last email and never received the "Offical email". I would not have had anyone home the day they would have been there if the icy conditions would not have been present. The day 2 days later was still icy(I did not expect them to be able to come out this day), but I did not hear from them and they did not come (I would have been home in the AM as it was still icy). I got a voice mail from them the next day to say they would be out the next day, which fortunately worked out fine for me. They came out and introduced themselves and asked a few questions about the work to be done. They proceeded to cleaning the gutters and re-nailing a loose gutter. After they finished, they cleaned everything up very well with no piles of leaves left or mud/dirt on the siding. They did a quick and thorough job and I am very happy with the work. If the up-front communication would have been as good as the on-site work, I would have probably signed up for a twice a year contract. I will probably try them out again later again this year unless someone else on Angie's list is running a great special at the time I need another cleaning....hopefully the scheduling will be more efficient next time.

They did a thorough job and notified me of possible future problems that may develop. My only complaint is that I purchased this in Aug 2013 and they didn't come onsite until Dec 2013. Revised update 03/01/2014: to be fair, I reconsidered my previous review, and the company's response to it, and I agree that I did not contact them to schedule an appointment. I may have been called to inquire about scheduling, but I don't recall that happening. I'm not saying it didn't happen, I just don't remember it. Therefore, since it could have been me I agree it is only fair I should add this update.

It was a good experience. They were dependable, on time and they followed through.

Everything was excellent. They were able to do the work when I was not there. When I arrived home, they had left me a detailed report of what they did and did not leave behind a mess. They had good follow up. I would definitely use them again in the future. The results of gutter and roof cleaning are excellent.

The service was okay, they did a good job. They came in and did the job, no complaints. They were real friendly, and I was happy with them. I thought the price was fair, and they were here when they said they would be.

They arrived when they said when they would and communication was good with them. I recommended them to my neighbor. I thought the price was also very good and I plan on a having them out for regular cleanings three times a year.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for $99. I may have paid extra to have him do all of my windows. The guy who came was really good.

These guys did exactly as advertised. They were quick, efficient but most of all, thorough. They cleaned up after themselves well and were easy to work with. Good communication from scheduling appointment, day or service reminders and follow-up for satisfaction. Would definitely use again.

Minor miscommunication at the start, but once things were set up, they were great. They also didn't wash my front screened porch and missed couple of spots on my driveway, however, when this was reported, they were back the next morning and the job was complete. |They power washed my house trim (house is brick), my garage, a wooden retaining wall and my driveway. They saved me a paint job on the house and the retaining wall looks almost new.

Excellent job. Arrived on time, completed the work, and cleaned area afterwards. I highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future. I needed them to come earlier than originally scheduled. They accommodated my request very professionally. Great experience!

They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with the service provided.

I think it went pretty well. They were there when they were supposed to be. One thing I was concerned with that I haven't really gone back and checked is that they didn't really unhook the elbows on the gutters. I haven't really verified if in fact they were thoroughly cleaned. They finished when they were supposed to be. They cleaned up after themselves. I asked them the question about the elbows and they told me that their process deals with it. I just didn't verify it. I can't emphatically say that it was a great job because I didn't check. They tried to up-sell me for something but I didn't want anything other than what they did. I think the scheduling was easy. The biggest thing is they showed up when they were supposed to and they cleaned up after themselves. I would probably recommend them. I would use them in the future.

The 2 gentlemen who showed up were professional, polite and helpful. They came the Saturday after the big snow and ice storm, and while I was not expecting them, I understood the scheduling issues the company was facing. The initial appointment was to be Thursday or Friday of the snow storm week, but I received an email saying it would be delayed due to the storm (safety of their employees and ability to do a good job) To be honest, I was not expecting them until the following Monday or Tuesday, so seeing them on Saturday was a nice surprise and showed me how much the company and the employees wanted to meet their commitments. My gutters really needed cleaning, and will schedule it twice a year from now on.
