Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

The service was excellent. Very professional group and they cleaned all ground where the debris fell to the ground.

They did a good job. They fit their appointment and they cleaned up their mess very nicely since there was a lot of debris. They were able to come by when I was not home which was nice. I wish they would have known that I had some shingles that are brittle and lifting with the wind but it was fine that they didn't.

It turned out well. They did a good job and showed up on time but they left some debris that they had blown off of the roof in our bushes. The final cost was more than the original estimate but our house was a lot bigger than they thought it was, like a normal house, so we were fine with the price and that was not a problem. They scheduled the work maybe a week or so after I purchased the big deal. I would recommend them to other people but I would advise them to go out and look around to make sure that they cleaned up everything. It was not really messy but our shrubs had leaves and stuff that they had blown out of the gutters.

It turned out very good. They called me and let me know when they were coming out. The guy called me when he finished. They billed my card. It went very good. Whatever they cleaned out of the gutters, they picked up and carried off.

They did a very good job. They cleaned after themselves and they were very punctual. They fixed the shingles that came off the roof and cleaned the roof too.

The big deal from Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners turned out fine. It did cost me extra money on top of the big deal. They noticed some damaged vent boots on the roof. There were three of them which were eaten by squirrels and they asked me if I wanted to replace them. They were a 100 dollars a piece. They were supposed to sent me pictures of what they replace in fact I couldn't see it on the roof. They were very courteous and punctual. I certainly appreciate their time. They didn't clear up everything they said they would. Overall it was fine. I think I will use them again in the future.

Everything went as planned. They called to set up appointment, called again to verify, arrived on time and were professional. Did a great job and I would use again.

I purchased the deal online and then received an email a few days later with detailed instructions. I did not have to be home which I found to be very convenient. The days of service I got a phone call before they got to the house as a heads up and also after they were finished. They told me they found a missing shingle on the roof and a leaky seam on the gutter, both of which they offered to fix on the spot for a little extra money. Overall very pleased. This is the second time I've used them and probably will continue in the future.

They came out on the day scheduled and left me a note that the gutters were cleaned. They recommended some additional work on the roof. However, I did not follow up with the work since I got busy and forgot.

It went well. I wasn't here when they came but they did a very good job, very respectful, on time, exit early which was helpful, but I was not to inspect the roof or whatever to know how well they did or didn't do but everything seemed to be better. All went well and they were here for about 30 minutes and that was good.

It was wonderful. The email communication was wonderful. They just set up everything and gave me updates if they had to reschedule with the weather. They were very prompt.

They came they and they left. Not too much to it. I was disappointed they didn't tell me when were done. They just left the receipt in the mailbox and didn’t tell me there was other work and repairs needed to be done. I now have to find another company for that. But it was just gutter cleaning. Not too much to it.

I assume it went well, it was done while I was out of town. I did not witness the work and haven't climbed up on the roof to verify it.

Very smooth process... I got an e-mail confirming the date & time window in which they would be there. They also provided detailed instructions on what was expected of me. Service was performed to my expectations. I have since used them again (for $110 instead of the $89 "Big Deal") and had a similarly positive experience. Perhaps slightly more expensive than others, but very professional. Will continue to use them.

They did an excellent job. I was surprised how fast they were, and honestly a little skeptical when they were done so quickly, but they had a group of guys on the job and the results were great. We will use them again next year!

I think it went pretty well. They solved something else while they were here. I think I needed it. They did identify that there were some missing shingles and I had them take photos of it to show me. They repaired that for a little bit of money. They seem to be pretty good. It was a big deal purchase. There were no extra charges. The deal was a good price. I think the repair was reasonable. I would consider using them again in the future.

They came and cleaned all the gutters, and in addition they spotted several areas of roof damage that we were unaware of.

The service turned out well. I was very happy. I wasn't home when they came, and they came in, and did what they had to, they did try and set us up with pressure washing the house, which I was okay with as I needed it. That turned out great too. The person they sent was efficient. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did a good job.

They were professional when they came out. Scheduling was fine and I did not have to be here when they came out. They did come the day that they said they would. Their clean-up was excellent, I couldn’t even tell they had been there. They did this gutter and roof cleaning on a 2 story home.

It went great. This was either the second or third time we have used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. They are highly responsive when you attempt to contact them, they exhibit a high level of professionalism in every aspect of their interaction with you, and they do a darned good job of cleaning your gutters. In this case we left home just as they were arriving, so we had little direct contact. When we returned the job had been done and everything left neat and orderly.
