Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I used one of the coupon deals for gutter cleaning. All communication was done via email which I think can be a bit off putting. Some people like phone calls. They did good job of cleaning my gutters and clean up afterwards. They even cleaned up some of the leaves that had collected on my back patio.

They arrived on time and completed the service promptly. They showed me the problems with some of the gutters that were loose and provided me a quote, right then and there, to fasten them.

They were alright. The pricing was alright. I didn't have to worry about being here. They came, did the work, left the thing in the mail and that was fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did a great job. It was professionally done and done well. It was a really good deal. They did what they said they were going to do. The pricing was ridiculously good.

They were very good. The price was reasonable.

Cleaned gutters and roof. I also had sagging gutters and they anchored as needed. It only took a few minutes and I thought the gutter anchoring was a little pricey. The end result has been well worth it. One note: If you have multiple addresses you service on Angies list, make sure you order the coupon under the correct address or they may go to the wrong location.

It worked out well. There was nothing good and nothing bad. I used them twice and it was good.

They emailed me with their scheduled time and information and showed up on time and quickly cleaned out the gutters. The cleaned up afterwards and gave me an estimate for repair and for replacing sections of the gutters. I had them come back out and do some repairs and plan to have them back out to replace sections at a later date. Courteous & professional!

They did a fantastic job. I was very happy with their cleaning and I would use them again in the future.

It was a positive experience. They contacted me and did the work in a timely manner, and I was pleased with the work.

I was uncomfortable with the extensive "do's & don'ts" instructions and responsibilities that were detailed in writing and the penalties that would apply if there was a transgression by me as the customer. Few if any responsibilities were defined for themselves. Undoubtedly based on years of experience but set a defensive and negative tone - it was all about their expectations, not mine.

Just like their company's name " Atlanta's Best gutter cleaners", they are great. Very professional, nice and did a neat job. I will definitely use them in the future.

It turned out fine. They came when they said they would. They did a nice job. They cleaned up everything real nice. Everything went real well with it. Their communication was good. They did what they said they would and they came when they were supposed to. That’s probably what I like the best. The job was fine. It was exactly as I expected it to be. It was a big deal purchase. The pricing is fine. They were very, very good.

It turned out very well. They came out on schedule. When they came out they cleaned everything and cleaned up after themselves. They followed up by phone call to ask how everything was. It went very well. I would give them high marks. It was a big deal purchase. There was no additional fee.

I found this company on Angie's List and pre-paid for the service as it was advertised as a deal. I never heard from the company at all even after they were paid. I finally contacted them to see when they were going to complete my service. They were very courteous on the phone and made an appointment for a week out. I was told on the phone that I would get a call a few days before the appointment and they would give me a time frame of when to expect them. They never called! They completed the service on the day that they said and the area around the house did not reflect that they had been there. I was happy that they cleaned up after themselves. They also left a message that a few of my vent boots need to be replaced. I will use them to do this service but I know not to expect to speak with anyone prior to the work being done.

We weren't home when they did the work, but it all looked fine. I did see a couple places where the power washing chipped some of the trim, but it wasn't bad enough to complain. Overall, the house looked good.

They did a great job and we were happy with the service. We were not able to pay the fee in the agreed upon time frame, but the company was amazingly agreeable and willing to work with us.

The job was done on time after easy scheduling. The cleaning of the gutters created a mess that was also cleaned up as part of the service. Everything was done very well, and I all I had to do was make sure the gate to the backyard was unlocked and that the animals would stay inside.

We were having problems with gutters leaking and sending water onto the house and under the eaves causing a leak in the house and rot in the wood. Brian came out and did all the measurements on a Tuesday then the crew came on Sat and installed the gutters. The chimney cap had to be manufactured so Joe and Jamie came back at a later point in time and replaced the cap and did all the siding repairs. Both days the teams were amazingly efficient and very professional. There is no longer water hitting the house and the whole house looks refreshed. I highly recommend Atlanta's best gutter cleaners. We will begin using them for our routine cleaning as well.

They called ahead of time and showed up when stated. They promptly did the job and cleaned up pretty well! And, yes I would use them again.

Cleaned gutters but made a mess and didn't clean up very well. Weren't terribly polite either.

Went well. They were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. I was completely satisfied with the quality and price of the work.

It went okay I guess. Customers are not required to be home and it is the kind of service where customers aren't likely to say, climb on the roof to check.

Complained about the fact that Angie's list forced them to honor the price for the service. Which was not performed but yet we paid for it. Then gave an estimate for the more extensive work we needed which was 3 x higher than the 2nd estimate we got.
