Arrived on time, clean gutters and cleaned up all debris

There were no additional charges on top of the $89 Big Deal. I have not used them before. They did a good job cleaning the gutters and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anybody who needs their gutters cleaned. I did not have any issues with the service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great; it worked out fine. There was an option for an additional charge, but they did not charge me anything extra. They did a great job on the roof; that is what I was looking for. The gutters were cleaned well and there was no trash left in the yard; it was well picked up. The Big Deal, of course, was a good deal. I had no unexpected issues with the service.

Seemed to have gone fine. It did not take long. Expected them to run water to clean the gutter but I guess, blowing air does the same job.

They were on time and very professional. They cleaned the gutters and cleaned up afterwards. They were very courteous.

All done in a timely manner- windows looked very good.

The service provided was good, very good. I liked them as they were Personable, helpful and reasonable. Their Supervisor/ man in charge was very nice. They did a good job and in the process they pointed out other things that needed to be done, They were not pushy about it but explained to me why it needed to be done.They then gave me a quote which was not inexpensive but it was reasonable. I then had one of the jobs done, my gutters had come loose from the side of my house and they attached them again and charged me a reasonable price for the job plus they did a very nice job, so, overall I was very pleased.There was one downside to the whole job whereby they didn't clean out all the leaves which came out of the gutters... most they cleaned up but it wasn't perfect.

My only mild complaint is that I had asked them to pressure wash some algae off the roof over the porch where it butted up against a neighboring townhouse. The pressure washing looked like it took off some of the paint as well. As much as I wanted the algae off they should have stopped when they noticed the paint chipping away and checked with me to see if I wanted them to continue. I would have said no. However, the damage wasn't bad and I was able to still sell the townhouse without having to fix the paint. I might be grumpier if I'd been required to repaint the area first. (Smile) I'd use them again for gutter cleaning, absolutely. I might think twice about the pressure washing though. But it could also be that I had unrealistic expectations of what the pressure washing would do, but I wish they had warned me that the paint chipping was possible.

I bought the coupon off of Angie's List and they contacted me quickly to schedule a time for them to come out. They came out as promised and even called when they were on their way. I was not home to see them work. When I got home, the gutters were clean and they cleaned up after themselves. They left the invoice in the mailbox as they said they would. I probably will be calling them in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal in 2013 to get our windows cleaned. We replaced our windows a few years back, and we have insulated glass with dividers attached to the front and back of the glass, so a single sash is effectively six different panes of glass to clean. It's a lot of windows when you add it all up. We purchased the big deal to help with the cost of getting the windows cleaned. The company was very responsive and had lots of information online, so I was able to easily calculate how much extra I'd have to pay to have all of the windows cleaned. I knew it would be a few hundred dollars because of the divided lights. The company scheduled the date, and the crew showed up on time and went to work. They cleaned quickly and seemed very efficient. They were very friendly as well. However, after they left, I noticed streaks over a bunch of the windows. It appeared as if they'd used dirty water or something to clean them. When the company called to ask how it went, I was honest that we weren't happy. They quickly sent a crew back out to reclean about half of the windows. Unfortunately, they still didn't do a good job, and we had streaks again, I know it's not something in the windows themselves as we've had them cleaned before by other companies, and we've cleaned them since then with no problems. The company was VERY responsive and punctual and definitely wanted to stand behind its work, but to be honest, if they couldn't get it right after two trips. I didn't want them to come back. I might be inclined to try them for one of their other services, but I would not hire them again to clean windows.

Excellent job all around. Prompt and courteous call to set appointment, arrived on time, explained services, performed job well and gave useful advice regarding maintenance of gutters. Friendly and professional...will definitely use again!

They did a great job. All was discussed over the phone. They took pictures for us so we could see what the gutters looked like when done. When we saw the final product we were extremely happy.

Used Angies List Coupon and payment. The crew did a very nice job and cleanup they used water hose to clean off house in a few area's very professional.

They came out and gave me a quote. First, they arrived late. Secondly, they said the Angie’s List Big Deal would not cover my 10 feet of gutters. They said to repair and replace my 10 feet of gutters would be $350 additionally. $450 for 10 feet of gutters is crazy when I paid under $100 for the original gutters. I felt like the guy they sent out was having a bad day and was unprofessional. I am inquiring with Angie’s List for a refund.

They were good. I got in touch with them over the internet and they did get back to me by email. They gave me a date and they came on that date. They were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant. I will definitely use them again in the fall or spring.

They were punctual and were very courteous. They found a few problems that they brought to my attention. I decided to have them take care of it while they were there. The quoted price was fair.

I wish every company was as proactive and responsive! They answered my email questions promptly about the gutter cover removal and determined a fair price given the level of complexity required to remove the covers. I love that they proactively scheduled a time for service (via email, so no annoying phone calls). I did need to reschedule due to a conflicting home improvement project; however, they easily accommodated my schedule. Day of service, they provided a 15-minute 'on the way' call and arrived right at the scheduled time. They were both courteous and professional and did a good job, including clean up. Highly recommend.

Everything turned out well as far as I can remember. The scheduling was easy, they arrived on the scheduled date, and they did a decent job with the cleaning.

It’s been several years, but I believe they came out within 4 months of the purchase date. I believe there were some additional costs associated with the Big Deal.

They did a great job! They called before they came, came on time, and finished in a timely manner. They also let me know of roof and gutter repairs that needed to be done and provided me with an estimate as well as photos of the damage (which were emailed to me). Would highly recommend them.
