After the gutter cleaning was completed, recommendations were made based on the visual inspection while cleaning. Concerns we had were also addressed. Everything met with my mother's satisfaction. It went well. This is the second time I've used them. I was satisfied with them the first time so I was a repeat customer. I've not had any personal contact with them and there's no need for me to be here because it is all out. They cleaned up beautifully, there was no debris. The next time we has torrential rain, there was no blockage or debris so I'm assuming that everything was cleaned out. The price was in line with what my neighbors had been charged by other companies. They came when they said they would.

Never received any service. Called today about using coupon, initially told they would honor the coupon's value, but would need to confirm. Returned on hold to clarify that coupon would not be honored for face value but just purchase price. They offered to do work or refund. I asked to do refund an they replied that that would be fine and immediately ended conversation. I then called Angie's list to request a refund. Angie's list suggested that the company purported to have redeemed coupon on approx April 10, 2014. No such service or contact ever occurred with contractor. In light of this new information, I am no longer interested in having this company to any service work. This is (1 of 2 coupon codes being submitted)

It went well and they were good. I do not recall if they charged me more than the $125 deal but I can imagine that they did not. I actually used them for my mother's house as well and I thought that they had a good price. They came and did the job and they were pretty quick about it. I cannot quite remember but I do not think that I had a problem scheduling with them or anything like that. I would used them again because that is something that I do every year.

This is the second time I have used this company and they were as great this time as the first. The original date for cleaning had to be re-scheduled because of inclement weather, but another time was scheduled the same day. They were fast, efficient and very reasonable with their price. They did recommend an additional downspout, but that was left totally up to me as to whether to install it. I highly recommend this company.

Good. All clean. Left some windows and walkways in need of washing from the dirt/water that was transferred to them during the washing process, but otherwise good.

Through Angie's List contact was made via telephone and an appointment was made for the cleaning. The price was as advertised and the crew, showed up at the agreed time and date. The job was completed in 2 and a half hours and we are completely satisfied with both the gutter cleaning and the removal of the contents from our property.
