They were good. There were no additional fees. I wasn't there when they did the work, but their cleanup was good.

My husband was pleased that he did not have to do it. The windows certainly looked better but were not perfect, there were areas on the house that still had evidence of mildew. I am sure they would have fixed these areas if we had pointed it out to them. They were pleasant and fast. The cost was a special on Angies list. There was some confusion about appointment time.

It was a Big Deal purchase and it went very well. They honored the Big Deal price. Their quickness in doing the job and how well they cleaned up after themselves stood out to me. They did a very good job and I was satisfied with the service.

They didn’t need me at home, so they came and did the work without me. It was great! They came, cleaned, and left. They did a pretty good job at cleaning up after they were done and left a note about what they had done.

Used a ladder and a leaf blower to blow the debris out of the gutter and then cleaned up anything that was blown onto the ground from the gutters.

Very well done generally. Some (difficult to get to) areas on ground not cleaned up . . .

They came, they took care of the debris. I had a gutter that was loose, they placed it back on. They also told me about the backside of my chimney that needed to repair, something they couldn’t do but they warned me about the problem, and I appreciated that.

The crew arrived within the scheduled arrival window provided to us the day prior to the service, performed services at the quoted rate and I had requested extra work which involved removing the old gutter covers. They quoted the price for additional work and I had them perform the removal. Perfect Clean-up after,ward and I will definitely have them here again for future cleanings. I have already recommended their service to a friend.

It was fine. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. They communicated and did the job.

I used an Angie's List Deal to try out this gutter cleaning company. Getting the Angie's List Coupon and pre-paying for the work was easy to do. The work was scheduled through email communications. On the day of the gutter cleaning job, Alex, crew leader, and Ricardo, crew tech, did the work quickly and cleaned any debris from my deck and yard. They also gave me a report of damaged shingles and damaged ridge cap that they observed, and a job estimate. There was no roof shingle repairs sales pressure. They were professional in their work. I was very pleased with their work.

I set an appointment online. The confirmation message I got said our appointment was scheduled for Friday 7/25 and we would get a confirmation phone call the day before. Thursday came and went and I got no phone call. Friday morning I called them. The scheduler seemed to be shuffling through their desk or computer system, asking my my name and address repeatedly. Then they said "Ah, here we go. Our estimator will be there between 1:00 and 3:00". "Okay," I said, "Will you have them call me when they are 20 minutes away so I'll be ready for them?" "Yes I will" they responded. No phone call, no show. No $3,000.00 sale.

After they left, I saw debris that looked like leaves. I called them and the initial person I spoke with was a little snippy with me, but they sent someone out which we were satisfied with. We have done business with this company in the past and interacted with the owner whom I've had only positive experiences with. The person who picked up the phone is the only person I've had an issue with.

About two people came out to clean and it took about an hour and a half to finish. what stood out is that they were curdious and did a good job. I liked that they were very flexible and completed their job. they even went back for anextra ladder to make sure they had enough.

They were very professional, showed up when they said they would, were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We bought the Angie's list deal and added on the gutter cleaning with a mark down. Great deal.

I've used them before and have been very pleased. They called before they came out to do the service. I like how you don't have to be home for them to do the service. They called when it was done to go over what they did and offered a few additional services. They told me about any problems they found while cleaning the gutters and offered to fix them. I haven't taken them up on the offer yet but I may in the future. The only problem we had was a mix-up at the office. I'd bought the service using one of the Angie's List Deals and somehow that didn't get input at the office so I got billed. But I talked to Customer Service and got it straightened out without much hassle. I would recommend this company for gutter cleaning.

The work was really good. It took a while for them to call me back. I had to leave a message with someone and she had to call me back. Setting up the appointment was not easy.

Their customer service is amazing. They send you e-mails on what you need to do, what to expect like moving patio furniture. They cleaned up after themselves. Their admin people are really good, they say exactly what they say they are going to do. Very, very professional. There is nothing left of my gutters in the yard at all. They completely cleaned up after themselves. They were really good. They sent three boys over there that were as cute as can be, it was really nice. They are just good, good, good people.

All gutters and down-spouts were cleaned and inspected. The crew was easy to work with, arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up debris from the job. Polite, reliable, and professional! Great job. They have since done several jobs on other properties of mine and I am always pleased. They are hard workers, as well as quick and efficient. I will always use Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners for any pressure-washing, or gutter cleaning and replacement for our home and other properties. Thanks!

They came out promptly and did a good job. They got the job done.

It went really well. The end result is very good -- we have a lot of trees and I'm sure they had plenty to remove. I'm not sure if they did a roof cleaning as well, but I would use them again if I needed it.

They were very professional but they were not able to get to me until this Friday, so I have already found someone else to do the job.
