Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Arrived on time and explained what would be done. They removed all debris from gutters and whatever may have blown into the surrounding areas and provided a written summary of what they did and what they observed.

Did a great job cleaning our gutters!!!  We just moved to our home and I think the gutters had not been cleaned out in some time.  The gutters were completely clean!  They also inspected our gutters.  The only reason I didn't give them all A's was that I wasn't contacted to let me know the time, but they showed up when I requested on Angie's List....meaning I was a bit surprised when they appeared.  :)  It wasn't a big deal.  Also, I marked them down just a bit (but still good) because there was a great deal of pine needles left on my front roof right above the gutter in one place - it wasn't in the gutter, but on the roof.  Ideally, I would have liked those to be gone.  I was on a conference call so I could not inspect before they left to ask them. 
That said, I will be using them in the future as they did the best job of any gutter cleaning company we've ever used!

they came on time, did what they were asked to do. No surprises.

Two technicians arrived on time and promptly began work removing the old gutter, cutting a new one to fit, attaching it to the roof and reattaching an existing downspout before re-seating existing gutter guards.  They were courteous and professional at all times, finishing the job in a timely manner.  I would recommend this company without reservation.

TO be honest not sure what he did...The document left outside said that he needed to talk to to his boss and send me another quote. Never heard back from them, overall not happy with the service

Nick called the day before and provided a time frame for arrival. He also called the day of the appointment to provide a precise the crew would arrive. I had to leave unexpectedly on a family matter, however my Mom was home when the crew arrived. Mom stated the crew was polite and did not take long to complete the job. Nick left a prepaid invoice with an all clear status of roof. When I returned home I walked the premises and all the gutters were leaf free and no debris was present on the ground. Job well done!

They arrived on time and did a fast, professional job of cleaning all gutters. It was a two-man crew, and they used ropes to get around the roof-- very skilled and like acrobats! They also cleaned up all the debris that was blown from the gutters. They assured us that all downspouts were clear. They were much better than another company we had last year.
