Description of Work: cleaned windows in whole house in and out....deal from angie's list was 20 windows but we added for whole house. This was definitely a good thing. Both guys were very professional and did a great job. Very courteous and will call them again in the future. Thanks to Angie's list for referral.

Description of Work: Right after I bought the Big Deal, I got a long email from the company with a long list of caveats and excuses, including the fact that they would not schedule at my convenience. I've had too many gutter companies NOT clean my gutters in the past, to be comfortable with letting another company perform work without me being there to confirm the work is done.

All the email said was that we would send the earliest date available as a jumping off point, and the customer could pick a day of their choosing if they did not like it. The caveats are responsibilities of the customer for the cleaning, like making sure outside water is on and that cars aren't parked under the gutters. We send the same email to thousands of customers. I think this customer simply had buyer's remorse and didn't need the gutters cleaned, but needed an excuse for a refund.

Description of Work: Hi, I purchased a $100 deal for window cleaning. I called before purchasing to see how many windows were in the deal because I did not want any surprises. They told me 20. When they arrived to do the cleaning they said that each window actually counted as two and that to clean my entire house would be and EXTRA $228.00. When I was shocked the guy said this happens all the time and that I could just reschedule when I decide what to do. Since I don't want to have half my windows clean and I also don't want to spend a total of over $300 on this project, I am requesting a refund. Thank you.

Yes, the deal is for 20 windows inside and out. If you have specialized windows, or french panes, then it takes much longer to clean and therefore we count those windows as more than one. We have a video that explains everything on our website AND we have a worksheet you can download to count your own windows. This is no surprise unless the customer ignores our requests to view these materials. You can't have a giant 20 pane window and count it as one window.
