Description of Work: They did some minor roof repairs by placing several ridge shingles over some deteriating ones. I called them for the gutter service. My gutters sagged before and still do causing them to overflow |in the center of the run. One long gutter needs an extra downspout but the technician said that it didn't. They did not replace any gutter screens even though that was part if the deal. I was told they no longer use metal screens. The shingle work was done well but way over priced. I feel like it was the bait and switch tactic. I still had the gutter issues after they left. Every time it rains I am reminded if the money I wasted fir their service. That is why us has taken me so long to complain about this. I feel like I have been "had." Shame on me

Response from Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning
The amount was $500, not $650. None of the repairs were overpriced. In fact, all of our prices are printed on the invoice and are competitive with other companies in our industry. Also, the customer received discounts on the repairs. There was no bait and switch as the customer implied. Bait and switch is when you hire a service for a price, and you either get a different service or a different price. We did everything as promised. The customer never made a single attempt to contact us by phone or email to say there were any continued issues with his gutters. Had he simply picked up a phone and called us, we would have sent a crew to his home at no charge to investigate. I do not understand the ire the customer has in this review, left almost 3 years after the service was done.

Description of Work: I used the the big deal and they found repairs needed on my gutters and roof. They explained everything in detail and performed the needed work in a timely fashion. They called to see if I was satisfied or had any questions. I would definitely use them again.
