Description of Work: We purchased their deal on Angie's list because we wNted to try them out. We knew our roof was larger than the deal specified and would also need special care because it is cedar shake shingles. We were given a very fair estimate and the service was excellent. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we will definitely call on them again next year.

Description of Work: The cost of gutter cleaning and roof inspection was paid through Angie's List and I believe it was about $89. I paid an additional $110 because when the roof inspection was done, they noticed that the gutter downspouts were pulling away from the roof and they re-secured them. I thought that was a reasonable price. They also identified a problem on the roof of a soft spot where wood and shingles need to be replaced, which they quoted at $150 -- also a reasonable price for the area that needs attention. What I was most impressed with is that I didn't need a roof inspection, as it had been done several times before by other companies. I needed gutter cleaning and the roof inspection was offered with it as a package. However, EVERY time I had had someone look at the roof, including Findlay Roofing (which has a great reputation), they all said there was nothing wrong -- even though I told them I had brown spots in my ceiling evidencing a leak. One company even told me it must be the a/c unit in the attic spilling over onto the attic floor. Imagine my surprise when the gentleman from Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners knocked on my door and asked did I have some leaking in the left rear area of the house! YES!!! He had found the spot on the roof and identified the problem. I hadn't even told him about the problem because of what I had been told by other companies and because I wasn't even interested in the roof inspection. They have spared me worse damage I would have had over time. This company is GREAT!!!!!
