Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Description of Work: The provider did they a quality job as they have done in the past. Gutters were cleaned, they were on time, the site was left all cleaned up. They typically also do a roof inspection and replace missing shingles for an added fee. This time out, for whatever reason, the inspection was not done. There are some missing shingles which will require an additional trip etc. Missed opportunity for both of us.

Description of Work: left lots of trash in the yard-- why do providers not clean up. they did go extra mile and fix roof shingle glue so I was happy about that but I had to get chalking gun out of yard.

Description of Work: This company cleaned the gutters in a timely and professional manner. Communication was good, they answered all of my questions, and I am very pleased with the results. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: They came to clean the gutters and showed up on time. Not only did they clean the gutters but they also used a leaf blower to clean off my back deck and parking pad which were both completely covered in a thick layer of leaves before they arrived. They were professional and courteous and worked pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Pressure washed vinyl siding and gutters. I did expect that they would have used ladders or long poles to work on the second level area of home but that was not the case. That being said, there was an area that they obviously didn't hit as well as a result. Without having a discussion or review of the home prior too the job and discussion as to how and what they would do, it turned out well enough. They showed up hours after scheduled expected start time and I wasn't home until they were at least half way done.
