Description of Work: Two guys finally arrived on the 26th of June to pressure wash our house.. They told us they would be here on June 16th, but that morning they called and canceled. They wanted to reschedule on the following Monday, but that was not convenient with us, so they scheduled once again for the 26th. They were to be here between 2-5:00 but at 4:45 Henry called them, asking about how their day was going, and they said they would have to call us back. They didn't call or show up! Henry then called Brian and he said he had sent a crew to clean the gutters! And we told them NO, not the gutters; we were paying to have the house pressure washed. They could tell we were not happy and Brian, the person in charge, got together a new group and sent two of them over right away. After all this complaining, we were happy with their work. The house looks very nice, although I think it was over priced for an hours worth of spraying. We won't be calling them again! They definitely need improvement with scheduling, calling, etc. in the office. I think I answered the question "How did it go?" in the paragraphs above. Olivia Newton I think I covered everything. Description of Work: Gutters were cleaned in a timely fashion and I did not need to be at home. Easy to schedule I will definitely use them again

Description of Work: They came on time and were very professional. However, I was at fault because I was not aware that the roof on my house was considered a "specialty roof." It has cedar shakes and since it is of a New England saltbox style, the angle of the roof was too pitched and dangerous for them to climb and clean the gutters which were covered anyway. So, instead of cleaning the roof of the house, they cleaned the roof and gutters of the garage-barn for the same price. They were two young energetic young men and did a great job, cleaning and replacing damaged gutter guards and telling me that our system was outdated and better gutters are now available when I need them. I enjoyed watching them work and I appreciated their professionalsim.
