Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

They arrived on time and did a fast, professional job of cleaning all gutters. It was a two-man crew, and they used ropes to get around the roof-- very skilled and like acrobats! They also cleaned up all the debris that was blown from the gutters. They assured us that all downspouts were clear. They were much better than another company we had last year.

They showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up before they left. There were a couple of loose pieces of gutter that they gave me a reasonable price to fix on the spot so I had them take care of that. I would use them again.

Quick service. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes and got the job done. Even spotted a hole in the roof from a fallen branch and provided an on the spot quote.

They are very professional, calling a day ahead and completing the job quickly but well.

Overall good experience and I would use them again. I bought one of the deals and they came out and cleaned my gutters. I would have liked notice on when they were coming out though. They just showed up one day. Not a big deal based on the type of job but just some feedback.

No problems. Gutters were clean. Not much else to say.

Arrived on time and were very professional. Overall, great vendor and would use them again. The only complaint I have is that there were two elements to the house (brick) that I did not request be pressure washed that really needed it and they did not mention those areas. It was only after most of the house was clean that I could see that those areas still had some mold on them.

This team always does a great job. They are quick and efficient. They are my choice for gutter cleaning.

Crew called when on the way - arrived within the stated time. Cleaned all gutters, then washed down side of house and blew leaves off of all surfaces. My house and yard were in better shape than when they arrived!

It did not go too well. There were additional costs above the big deal price.

They look great..I was not home at the time but everything looked great.

They did a bit of pressure washing but it was not anything like what I expected from what i was sold on the phone. Many excuses about why they could not perform services that Rhett sold me. I would say it was about 1/3 of the work I contracted for. Very disappointed after the water dried...do not fall for saying the job looks ok until it dries because you can not tell how crappy the work is until later. I do not know if it was because I was the last job of the day but I did not get the quality work so many of the reviews indicate they got. Maybe ask for a morning appointment and don't accept a 2-5 pm time slot.

I was not home while the service was perform but from a quick look it seems that's the gutter are now clean. He also gave me a list of item that needed to be check or repair with a quote for all those items. really appreciated

It went OK. I think they left a mess someplace. That wasn't a great deal. I've had it done for less.

We weren't even home but they came and cleaned and cleaned up after them selves so well. Yea! Wish my kids did that :)
