Description of Work: They cleaned my very clogged gutters and reinforced the gutter along the back of the house. I always use Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. They are quick, they clean up all of the mess that flies out of the gutter, and remove it from the property, and their charges are reasonable. I will continue to use them.

I'm sorry if the customer was unhappy in any way with the quality of the cleaning. We get complaints in regards to window cleaning from time to time from lots of first time window cleaning customers. They are often surprised that, not but a week or two after a cleaning, cobwebs and dirt will be back around the windows. When you clean a window, it is pristine, and when just about anything gets on it afterwards, it is ruined again. Still, even though we can't guarantee how long the gutters will be clean after we are done, if there is any issue, the customer need only call us with their concern and we'll assist however we can. This usually isn't an issue with window cleaning for the simple fact that the homeowner is home, watching the cleaning as it happens, and can make comments of concerns in real time. Our crew doesn't leave till the job is signed off as being completed to their satisfaction. Honestly, getting this review considering that, and getting it almost a year later, is rather surprising.

They called when they were on their way to the house, when they arrived and when they were leaving. Gutters are clean. i wish they would have grabbed the hose and rinsed the dirty water leaking between gutter/fascia, as it left stains along the bottom edge of fascia. but the gutters are clean, and the debris otherwise was cleaned up well around the house. |
