screens have a shelf life of 5 years before the clips are going bad. The work you are grading us on was done in 2014, a year ago. We told you in 2013 that the screens needed replacement and gave a quote. If the screens need replacement in 2013, why would they be in any better condition a year later? I apologize if the crew seemed in a hurry. All they were doing were being enthusiastic and efficient. It is all a matter a perspective/paradigm. If you watch a chef working a blazing speed to cook you a meal, you could have the perspective they are trying to get you out the door faster, or that they are trying to provide speedy, efficient service as a courtesy. Honestly, there isn't anything we can do to change the perspective you have, because it is what you project into it. With respect, if you believe people are trying to get away from you faster, and someone is working with gusto in performing their task, then I can see where you can believe we were trying to get out fast. However, if you have a child or baby napping, or you are working from home, or have guests over, and all of these things are interrupted and disrupted by our loud blowers all around your home, you may see the speed of two employees, the best at their job in the city who have put in their 10,000 hours, as our effort to make our service as unobtrusive as possible. I mean, you don't want us standing around your house with blowers running for 2-3 hours, the humming of the motors stirring up dogs, interrupting important plot points in your favorite soaps, possibly waking that kid who is "taking a year off" but won't even get a job. I am using humor and levity, but seriously, we've done over 130,000 services, and no one has ever been home during a cleaning and been upset for us being done faster and having the blowers turned off. I am sorry whenever anyone is unhappy with our service, but the two issues you have with the service are both out of our control. The service takes as long as it takes, but we try to do it as efficiently and expeditiously as possible for your convenience, not your contention. If you ever use us again, you can tell us to work slower, and we'll happily oblige. It's your service, and you have total control. Our automatic setting is fast = happy customer, so if this isn't to your style or liking, just communicate with us. We can take breaks, do ground cleanup in slow motion mime style, or even freeze position like a human statue (though not on the roof obviously). As far as the screens, if you take us up on the quote to get new screens, then we'll have something to put up. Those few screens that were left off, the clips are too wide to hold onto the lip. Think of it like your a size 18 waste, but you are trying to hold up your pants with a size 26 belt. Pants keep falling. That's what's happening with the screens, the years of temperature changes has caused the metal to repeatedly expand and contract, to the point that the clips don't work. That's why these things have a 5 year life span. If you ever use us again, you can still have us do the quote we gave you and put in the new screens. I hope that this answered all your concerns, of which were never directed to us to answer, except for in this review almost 1 year after the service. There is a lot of joking in here, but a lot of truth to. What I say now is contains no humor and all truth: We would be happy to provide you service again, at the speed you like, and we carry the screens on the van, we just never got your approval for the new screens.
