Description of Work: Clean gutters. They rinse them out but did not clean them by hand therefore there were still Fairmount of leaves and debris in my gutters and they were still overflowing with the subsequent hard rains, so I had to get them out again for a redo. Much better after the redo but still have visible debris in my gutters!

Gutter cleaning isn't like pressure washing. It is more like cleaning out a sceptic tank. We get the large accumulation out so the water can go through, but there will still be a lining of grime along the walls inside the gutter. It actually says this in the email when send you when you book, and shows this in before and after videos on our website. When done, the gutters will be empty, but not washed out and cleaned where you could eat off the bottom, which it also says word for word in the email we send when you book. Also, I do want to point out that it says no where on our website, in any email we sent you, or on the Angie's List page that we will wipe down by hand or wash clean the inside of the gutters. With respect, if you believed this was what would happen, it was an assumption on your part. Also, with respect, if we did had clean the inside of the gutters clean, for the time that it would take to do that, you would have needed to pay 3-4 times as much as what you paid to cover the time to do that.

Lady has the wrong company. she bought a deal for us for gutter cleaning in 2012, which we did, and that was the only service she has ever purchased for us or had us scheduled to do. She has never, ever, ever purchased a window cleaning deal for us. This is libel.

Description of Work: Came initially in the dark at 6:15pm with only blowers |My son requested them to return so they could see what they were doing. |They did return in the daylight and removed the gutter material. |No one should do gutters in the dark without lighting. Dangerous for one and not professionally appropriate for another. Only a one story home. Still, darkness is not when you do gutters properly.
