After initial inspection and gutter cleaning, it was a bit of time to reschedule follow-up. Once we both connected the job was properly assessed and work planned. The initial cost estimate was high, I also prepared myself for what was under the water logged siding. The plywood was also water logged and could not support a surface to fasten the siding. This plywood repair/replace cost $400.00 inclusive of labor. I agreed to it because it was more about getting repaired than negotiating price. I really wanted the entire wall beneath the leaking siding to be washed and painted. This would have taken additional appointments. I will do that myself as the weather gets warmer, the corner where the water damage occurred will never get direct sunlight. Warmer weather would be better for timely drying and re-painting. Overall I am happy with the service and I would recommend them to a friend. Update: discover a hole punched in the side of vinyl shed. I contact company via email 3 Mar 2016, I have not heard back from them yet. Received this notice via email today (8 Mar 16) after a phone call from company representative, "... is scheduled for Redo on 3/11/2016..." This idsgreat news! Update: 17 Mar 2016, Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners has repaired the damaged shed, exceeding my expectations. I want to thank Rhett for his professional standards.

They were awesome! The crew was scheduled to come on Friday between 2pm and 5pm before we were having a large event at our house. I called them to let them know our yard guys were coming at 3pm to see if that would be a problem. They moved the crew up to come at 12pm so not to conflict with our yard service. My yard man commented on how nice and thorough the crew was. We will definitely be scheduling semi-annual service with Antlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners.

They were very nice and did what they said they would do. I wasn't home when they did the job, but when I got home there was no mess and I was very pleased.

Provider came on date and time agreed upon. I did discover a section of gutters that were not cleaned, but they were courteous and prompt and came back out and resolved the issue.

service was supposed to be done at a different house so we got stuck paying for this one. gutters were cleaned satisfactorily.

All communication was done by e-mail which is fine with me until the day that they came out and they did give me a call to tell me that they were on there way. They did a great job and where done and cleaned up in less than 45 min. I have a small house. All in all a great company.

Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaner is one of the best we have used They do what they say they're going to do; they communicate clearly if their schedule changes; and give instructions on what they need to ensure the best job (such as not parking under the gutters). They did the work while we were gone and cleanup was excellent. The drive, deck, patio and walkways were blown off and free of debris. Nice to come home to see everything clean! We plan to use them every 6 months since they give a discount for repeat business.

The gutters were cleaned good, but the dirt had been left on the deck, on the furniture and on the floor.

Showed up on time. Cleaned gutters, blew off roof, cleaned driveway / ground, cleaned sides of house. All in all a job well done. They were in and out in the matter of an hour or so.

They were professional throughout the whole process. Crew was fantastic and even got into the gutters that had some ice build up in them from the freezing temps. Took about 45 minutes to do the whole job incuding detached garage with a crew of three. They even asked me if I had any concerns before they started which I did.

I placed a call to schedule a quote consult for all new gutters and downspouts. Turnaround time to for consult availability, 9 to 12 business days. In this market, the appointments I have been able to get scheduled from placing the call to actually having the quote consult appointment, 1 - 2 business days, 3 at the most. In full disclosure for review purposes, that's as far as I went with this service provider. No pricing was offered, no appointments were made, no work was performed.

Excellent company. They were here an hour early, it only took them about 45 minutes. Cleaned up all the gutter waste, washed it off the side of the house. Job well done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their gutters cleaned.

Arrived on time and explained what would be done. They removed all debris from gutters and whatever may have blown into the surrounding areas and provided a written summary of what they did and what they observed.

Did a great job cleaning our gutters!!! We just moved to our home and I think the gutters had not been cleaned out in some time. The gutters were completely clean! They also inspected our gutters. The only reason I didn't give them all A's was that I wasn't contacted to let me know the time, but they showed up when I requested on Angie's List....meaning I was a bit surprised when they appeared. :) It wasn't a big deal. Also, I marked them down just a bit (but still good) because there was a great deal of pine needles left on my front roof right above the gutter in one place - it wasn't in the gutter, but on the roof. Ideally, I would have liked those to be gone. I was on a conference call so I could not inspect before they left to ask them. That said, I will be using them in the future as they did the best job of any gutter cleaning company we've ever used!

Two technicians arrived on time and promptly began work removing the old gutter, cutting a new one to fit, attaching it to the roof and reattaching an existing downspout before re-seating existing gutter guards. They were courteous and professional at all times, finishing the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this company without reservation.

TO be honest not sure what he did...The document left outside said that he needed to talk to to his boss and send me another quote. Never heard back from them, overall not happy with the service

Nick called the day before and provided a time frame for arrival. He also called the day of the appointment to provide a precise the crew would arrive. I had to leave unexpectedly on a family matter, however my Mom was home when the crew arrived. Mom stated the crew was polite and did not take long to complete the job. Nick left a prepaid invoice with an all clear status of roof. When I returned home I walked the premises and all the gutters were leaf free and no debris was present on the ground. Job well done!
