Description of Work: I had the gutters on the front and back of the house cleaned out. They were full of pine straw and other debris. The crew that did the clean out did a good job, cleaned up the mess on the ground and was pleasant to deal with. I do feel that the person I talked to on the phone to schedule a date/time for the service could use a little management coaching on "putting a smile in her voice" when dealing with customers.
