Description of Work: They initially installed defective gutter covers. After calling numerous times, w/the complaint that the gutters were not draining properly, they returned and rehung the gutters and replaced all the gutter covers. They explained that they received a bad shipment from the manufacturer.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about the professional scheduling and contact maintained by the guys at ABGC. Our original appointment was scheduled immediately, but had to be canceled due to thunderstorms. We were contacted BEFORE our scheduled time to let us know that they would be out the following Saturday (working weekends as a make-up is very appreciated) and they followed up on Friday to confirm. We definitely recommend ABGC.

Response from Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning
When the customer booked the cleaning, she gave us the wrong address. We sent her an email with this address in the subject line, and she said nothing. Didn't say anything till after the first house was done that it was supposed to be a different house. Offered to do second house for free, which would mean us having a total financial lost on the whole thing, and she never gave a straight answer as to way she gave us the other address first. Then, she cancelled and got a refund, so we ended up cleaning the first house completely for free. We honestly felt like we were dined-and-dashed on this one.
