Excellent job from start to finish. Received initial call within 10 minutes of submitting request to their web site. Reminder call and email notification were exactly as promised. The crew did an excellent job completing the job. Even the invoice process was smooth since I was able to pay directly from their web site after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I am very pleased with the work they did. The guys who came out were very nice and really went the extra mile when blowing off the driveway and deck. The only issue I had was with the skylight cleaning. It is $20 extra per skylight for cleaning. I didn't notice any difference when they were finished. I'm not saying they didn't clean them, but I wish I had been told before hand that skylights often don't come clean because the dirt is baked on and will not come off. I called the office to discuss this and the owner was very polite about it and we agreed that I would only pay for one skylight since the work was performed, but it was not explained to me in advance that skylights don't always come out very clean. I am still very happy with the work performed and will use this company in the future, but will forgo the skylight cleaning.

They came while we were at work, we didn't have to take a day off, and they cleaned the gutters well. Their prices were competetive with others.

ATL Best Gutters confirmed the day before as explained during initial call. Arrived on Friday but didn't have tall enough ladders. Said that they would return on Saturday. Did not return on Saturday due to an accident with the tall ladder truck and didn't call. Called to reschedule and was told that they would come on Tuesday. I indicated that Tuesday would not be good because I telecommute that day and there would be noise. The woman I spoke to said that Wednesday or Thursday would be good, too, and that they would confirm the day before. There was no call before either day, so I had to call again. I was told that their schedule showed that cleaning took place on Thursday, which it hadn't. The cleaning, which was fine, finally took place on Friday, 8 days after the originally scheduled date.

I found Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners on Angie's List, completed their online inquiry and received a call from them same day. Got a quote over the phone and scheduled the cleaning for the following week. I wasn't home during the cleaning, but know that everything was cleaned and picked up when I returned. Couldn't have been easier. I did request a gutter guard quote which they didn't do during the cleaning, so they sent someone back out. He quoted me a different price than Brad did over the phone - he said after seeing my home and the scope of the job, the price would be higher. This is fair, though it would be a better practice to not quote over the phone before going to someone's house. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the comment from the person they sent out to give me the quote - he gave me the estimate and said that I would only get that price if I booked that day. I got a very "used car salesman" vibe from that. Less than an hour after he left my house, a rep called me to apologize and said that's not the case - the estimate I got would be good with no time limit. In the end, we didn't get the guards - if the price had been as originally quoted, the timing would have worked out to book immediately. However, b/c the price increased, we wanted more time to think it over - during this time the market tanked and now gutter guards have moved down the expense priority list. Timing is everything!

They are good with phone calls and appointment confirmations. They rescheduled due to "weather issues" of which we had none but they came out and performed the work just fine. They made suggestions as to repairs which would have added considerably to the cost. I had them do the work I felt was necessary. I will use them again.

After speaking with ABGC on the phone and finding that they were professional and extremely knowledgeable, we scheduled them to clean our gutters to correct an overflow problem we had noticed. We were particularly impressed with their clear communication with us over the phone and their willingness to explain their services in as much detail as we needed. The courteous team arrived on the appointed date and performed the services that we had requested. Unable to reach us by phone, they left us a note stating that we had a clogged downspout that would require additional effort and expense and how much we could expect to pay for the extra service. In addition to the note, we found the yard had been cleared of all debris both from the gutter cleaning and from recent winds. We called them back and scheduled with them to correct the clogged downspout with the understanding that they would fix our issue the next time they were in our area which would be 2-3 weeks. They emailed us a couple of days before their arrival and again they arrived on the expected date and corrected our problems nicely. When we need gutter services in the future, ABGC will be the first company that we call.

The roof repairs were to be done on the following Thursday, and I was supposed to get a call the day before giving me the time frame. Rick showed up on Thursday -- nobody had called me, and Rick apologized for that -- and, with one other man, performed all the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Overall, I'm very pleased with ABGC, though I was not given information about an annual contract, which their website promises. When I called initially, I mentioned the $10 off for first-time customers, but I was told they were having a special, so I got $20 off. The cleaning itself thus cost $100, with the roof repairs costing $775. Rick gave me a discount on the shingles and ridgecaps needed, which I appreciated.

Very professional and well priced. I had another estimate that was three times what this company did the work for. They had me on the schedule within a few business days and called 20 minutes before arriving at my house. Matt did a great job explaining why I was having a leak and how he was going to fix it. It was a small job but will definitely use them for future gutter cleanings and repairs.

I called ABGC and the person who answered the phone took great time and detail to explain everything they did, and I believe I called on a weekend and was surprised to get someone live! I received emails including the description of service, insurance information and information about notifications prior to service IMMEDIATELY after making the call. The schedule was set for Friday, but they had to reschedule due to other jobs backing up that day, which was fine with us, they called to let us know. They came the next Tuesday after notifying me Monday afternoon with the time frame. After cleaning the clogged gutters they found two stack boots that were cracked and in need of repair on the roof. I am personally familiar with the damage that cracked stack boots can cause and had them replaced, which ABGC completed right away. The servicemen who completed the work were extremely respectful and nice. We will continue to use ABGC for all our gutter needs. Thank you!

I didn't like that they tried to sell me a whole bunch of services. I just didn't have a reference on how well the other services were performed that were non-gutter related. The gutter cleaning was an A+.They bagged the debris that came out of the gutters and hauled it away. They did an excellent job. They also flushed the gutters when they were finished.

Very knowledgeable, prompt and tidy. They pointed out a problem that we would need to take care of with a roofer.

I called the company on Monday and the man answering was very informative and polite. He said someone would be out within five days. He also said they would call the day before. They did everything they promised. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I am very pleased and would definitely use the company again. The cost was higher, because I had them install the higher grade gutter covers.

Excellent contact - send emails to let you know they're coming. They have a good crew of young people who know their stuff. They are very efficient.

I was very pleased with the promptness in which the company responded to my call. I had a written proposal within minutes of my initial contact. All work was thoroughly explained. Because of holidays and weather issues it took a few days for the crew to get my house on the schedule but once they arrived everything was accomplished as promised. The crew was very polite and professional. Their equipment was clean and in good working order. They spent the necessary amount of time to complete the job. I expect to use Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners again.

They company sent out a team of 3 men. They were on time and very professional. The gutters were cleaned and inspected. I was having a problem with water leaking and did not know where it was coming from, it was something to do with a spout in the roof. They removed and replaced two of the spouts. Ordered wood to replace rotted wood in the front. Scheduled an appointment to come back out and replace. I liked that the company emailed me information about them and the work prior to showing up to perform the work.

I was very pleased with the service. The crew was very efficient, taking a minimum amount of time to do the work. The gutters were completely cleaned and any debris from the cleaning was blown away. They had to come back the next day to do the screen work and this also was done very well. The customer service was also excellent, keeping me informed as to just when the crew would arrive at the house.

I was very impressed with their work. There were three guys who came and they were only here about 45 minutes. They cleaned up all the leaves and mess and you could not even tell they just were here. They were nice and professional. I was pleased how quickly they were in and out. They seemed to have done very well although I haven't went on top of the roof to see the work but the gutters are working fine now.

The initial contact was great. They got back to me with a price right away, but when I asked them if they match prices with other companies, the tone of the e-mails changed right away. In short, I told them that I had narrowed down the decision to them and one other company. When I told them who I was considering other than them, the owner sent a long and very malicious e-mail against the other company and actually cut his price in half if I would use them instead. It was a rather disturbing experience and I was turned off immediately. I hired the other company and they did a great job.

Great customer service, called from doing research on the internet, a quote and copy of certificate of insurance were e-mailed to me. I scheduled the appointment. The company followed up to verify they were coming. Showed up did a great job, cleaned up and left the place better than when they found it. What a great experience. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

After a small schedule conflict, not due to contractor, team arrived onsite and on time. Completed work and did an excellent job. Cleaned all the debris from the yard after. You couldn't even tell they were there. Extremely good pricing, too. Would recommend to others.

After they left, I noticed some screens that hadn't been closed. Upon inquiring, I was told it would be up to 6 days before they could come by to rectify. If all you need is gutter cleaning, you'll be OK with this firm. I would, however, recommend you scrutinize any additional work they recommend. You can find qualified repairmen much cheaper, at least for the services I received.
