Process for scheduling was a little generic after purchasing an Angie's List deal for the gutter cleaning. The response to my message during purchase about when we wanted to schedule was an auto-response and they scheduled us on the next available date, which was sooner than we wanted to schedule. A conversation and we got it rescheduled without any problems. They came and cleaned as scheduled.

I first used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners cleaning service via Angie's List discount of $79 cleaning. They did a wonderful job. No debris on the ground. They cleaned up well. They left me list of improvements for my gutters. I knew my gutters needed repair and general maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap in cost their repair estimates were. So I booked them again two weeks later to do the repairs. Cost was $650. My gutters no longer leak and flow very nicely. They added covers for gutters under some tree areas too. Very efficient and responsive. They explained all the issues very well to me too. I would use Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners again. TIP: Have them clean your gutters first, then get their repair estimate. You experience their service first before you invest in further maintenance.

Overall everything was fine. Had a bit of a hiccup after purchasing there gutter cleaning deal and them not calling to set up a time. After follow up on my end, they scheduled a time and completed the work promptly.

It went very well. They were here last month in February 2016. There were no additional fees. They cleaned out the gutters but I don't think they washed the down spouts like they were supposed to.
