Showed up on time and did a good job. What I didn't like was that he wanted to remove the gutter screens. No charge for that but I really wonder if it was the right thing to do. It seems to me that that screens really helped in the fall when we have lots of leaves falling from October to December. I have to think he just wanted to keep me on the hook for another cleaning job that might not have been necessary if I had kept the screens.

I was very pleased with their service. These guys were great. There were three crew members and it took about 2.5 hours to complete the work. They did a great job. They were very kind and courteous in my home. They explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They called the day before to let me know when they would be coming by as well as on the date of the appointment. They arrived promptly and I highly recommend them!.

We weren't unhappy with them but I think they did try to sell us bunch of stuff that we didn't need. We paid what they quoted. I think I remembered them saying they didn't realize the house was so big. I don't remember any problems.

The service was great. The guys did a wonderful job. I was really pleased with that. There was a mix up in the timing but other than that, everything was fine. The men themselves, with the work that they did, they were very responsive. There was just a little miscommunication but they were very responsive when they were here.

"When it comes to ground cleanup, if the customer doesn't choose the bagging option, and this customer did not, we can only blow and mix the debris around, and a town home doesn't have many areas to mix gutter debris into. Plus, gutter shouldn't have anything growing out of them. By this omission alone, the gutters were more full than a gutter should be. There is only so much we can do without bagging. The customer had a 45 day guarantee on the invoice. If there was an issues, all the customer had to do was pick up a phone and call. Simple as that, we would come out and redo the ground cleanup. The customer made a choice not to call. And the customer did receive the invoice. We did the service on 9/9/13 and emailed the invoice on 9/12/13. We have a copy of the email. With respect, this portion of the customer's review is a lie. And once again, a quick phone call or email would have gotten the customer a second email with an invoice."

It was a good job.they were very specific about the size of your house and the cost. I had more I wanted them to do but they didnt have time that day ,but they returned a week later and did it. I would use them again.

That was great. We had a lot more windows than the deal said. We had like 35 windows but they were really fair on the extra costs. So it worked out very well. The guy who was in charge of the job was very professional and very friendly.

After purchase of the deal I was contacted within 2 business days via email which outlined process very thoroughly. I received subsequent email as promised confirming date of service. One day prior to service I received call confirming window of service noon to 3pm. I received a call at 11am day of service notifying me they would be there at noon. Their crew did an excellent job...house definitely needed some extra attention. Upon arriving they pointed out a couple of spots which had oxidized thus could not get the 1 foot section perfect...definitely understand. Clean up was great. Upon completion my neighbor walked over and scheduled an appointment with them as well.
I highly recommend. Not only is the service great but they do an outstanding job of setting proper expectations, educating consumer on process and adhering to their guidelines.

They were excellent, they were superb. First they came and cleaned our gutters, and they were so knowledgeable that we had them come back and install all new gutters. When they say they are going to show up, they're there when they say they'll be there. They have plenty of crew to handle the job and our house is in an H shape and so we have very long runs which is atypical and they were able to install the new gutters. And they are very responsive.
