Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

That was a long time ago. It turned out fine but I don't even remember a lot of details. Yeah, it was fine. Like I said, I don't even remember all that well. I just don't remember there being any issues. I think it all went fine. Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners did a reasonably good job at a reasonable price.

It turned out well. It took a little while to get them to return the phone call. but once we got everything scheduled it was a good experience.

They found two broken pipe flashings that they called me at work for permission to repair. Worked great.

They gave me Honest feedback that not all gutters needed cleaning..as some of my gutters had protection. I had already paid them full amount using Angie's list. I did not get a refund. Word to wise, make sure you know for a fact that you do not have a gutter protection system already installed. I guess this was my fault.

That was real good. They were real quick. They cleaned up their mess and were gone. They came in and the only thing, I wasn't here, I got back before they left but I had told them I wouldn't be here. When I talked to them on the phone they said if there were any repairs needed, they would tell me. The gutter on the front needed a nail or something because it was loose and I would have asked them to fix it if they had told me, but it wasn't a big deal. They were prompt and quick and cleaned up.

It went fine. They were good. It went as planned. It was an good deal. Everything was fine. They did the work that they said they would do.

Only issue is their strange way of scheduling. They won't make a firm appointment when you call.. just "10-14 days, and we'all call ahead of time to let you know when we can do it." Thankfully my schedule was very flexible.. but I could easily see this as a deterrent for other potential customers. The actual work done was great; technician was prompt and courteous.

When we had them, they were terrific. They were wonderful. They were wonderful young men. It couldn't have been any better. They were 10/10. They were efficient, fast and friendly.

That was very good. The best part is I think they knew what they were doing. I was aware of gutter detachment and they were able to fix that without having to tell me I needed some new thing or something. I think they knew what was going on is the best. I think it took me an extra seven days to get my deal than planned, which means they must have been busy. Price seems fair. I give them a B on quality just because I can't get up there and check, but I think it was fine. If we ever have rain, I'll know if it worked. They got everything handled on the same day. They were right on time. They were professional.

Fine. I noticed after they left that one of my downspouts had come loose. I called them and they sent some one out to reattach within a few days. Overall, the communication and follow up was good. Gutters cleaned.

I bought a big Deal, no additional charges were incurred. Very happy with the company.

It was very good. They came on time. There were two guys and they did the work very quickly. They were great. They worked outside. They were very polite. When they came to the door, they introduced themselves, their names, the company they're with, how long it will take and what they will be doing, and then they went to work. They're excellent so I will recommend them. They're an A, absolutely.

Once the date and time was done the work was great.

Showed up hours late without calling me or answering their phone. Showed up 8 hrs late and at dark. Rush through the job with screws & caulking missing. Refused to respond after my insistence to inspect and correct their work. Finally showed up to complete the job. The COO never responded again or apologize. Stay away from this company

The guys arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The two-story home was $129 on the Angie's List Deal. Before thoroughly reading the work order, I was told that the charge would be $85. When I pointed out that I had prepaid via Angie's List, he read more closely and said, "Oh, yes. I see that right here." So, I paid $129 for an $85 service. Not happy. They also pointed out that a gutter on the front of the house wasn't tilted properly and water was pooling in the closed end. I paid an additional $100 for them to "re-pitch" the gutter (remove and replace at a different angle) while they were here. The service was good. The Angie's List deal was not.

Always great! They showed up a few days after I called and the work is always done well.

It took several visits for someone who knew how to do the work to show up because the gutter that needed replaced isn't like a gutter on a house. I had to call and follow up several times. Nick finally came out and was very experienced and did a very good job.

Great job. They did not push other services. Good to great clean-up! Price very good: 1,800 Sq Ft house- 2 stories in rear. $125=$150 special.

Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners represents courtesy and professionalism in action. They were on time and completed the work very quickly. Best of all, I now have peace of mind that my gutters can handle all the rain we're getting.

Purchased the $130 deal through Angie's. The scheduling process is through their website. I think their availability started 7-10 days out from when I scheduled, which was fine. I'm sure there is documentation somewhere either on the deal or on their website that says detached garages are not included, but I must have missed that. It wasn't a big deal, they added it for $20. Overall quality of work was great! This is the first time I've paid to have this type of work done, the thought of falling off my ladder is not as enticing as it once was. They clean up very nicely even with the large amount of gunk that was inevitably clogging everything up! Will do business with them again! I liked that I did not have to be there for the work to be performed.

The problem I had with them is they recommended some stuffs with their people it was much more expensive than it needed to be, not necessarily their people but people they recommended.

This company does a great job! They're professional, thorough & efficient. They get the gutters cleaned out & everything is cleaned up before they leave.
