Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

They were good. They cleaned up after themselves and were gone. They came out rather quickly after I called to set something up. They scheduled it and cleaned up like they weren't even here. I have a pretty big house and the gutters are high so it was a good price.

Everything went as expected--no surprises. Their response to our request for service was very prompt. We got on the schedule right away. Someone called the day before to confirm appointment and left the invoice in the mailbox after completion as requested. Overall one of the easiest experiences we've had as homeowners. We will definitely use this provider in the future!

Due to bad weather, they notified us they would have to delay our service by one day, which wasn't a problem. They showed up on time and got the gutters cleaned out and ensured the downspouts were clear. I asked them to remove the remaining gutter screens we had and they did. They also rinsed the sides of the house when they were done. They said they would be happy to come back out to give a quote for new gutter covers, but we haven't asked for that yet. Overall, it was a great experience.

Crew was on time on the scheduled day. They cleaned the gutters and picked up all debris. They even did minor gutter repair without asking and no extra charge.

Atlanta's Best Gutters were easy to work with, professiona,l and did a great job. Windows throughly cleaned and they sparkle. I have storm windows on each window as well as paned interior windows - all were done to my satisfaction. Rhett and Will were friendly and professional in their dealings with me and each other.

I was disappointed to find out that this provider did not service Conyers, GA after I had purchased the deal. Geographical information should be included in the deal details. The money I spent was refunded promptly.

The service was fine, but the interaction with the management was poor. I bought 2 "big deals" from them. Management was not happy that I purchased 2 for the same address, saying " I got them on this one". I never intended to "get them". I liked their service and when I saw the "big deal" decided to buy 2 since I would be using their service in the future. I verified that the "big deal" did not contain any restrictions. So I did not understand the reaction from the company. Based on the interaction I had with the management team, I will not use them again.

it went great.. in no time at all the gutters were cleaned out and our yard was cleer of debris as well. Definitely worth the price

The original trip was rescheduled due to weather, however, the team quickly rescheduled. The work was performed quikly and safely. I am still reviewing the costs for repairs, and may have them back out to do that work.

This company contacted me quickly to set up an appointment. They showed up when they said they were going to, cleaned the gutters, gave me a quick summary of the state of my gutters, cleaned up and were completed in a very short time. Great job and would use them again.

This is a great gutter-cleaning company. We have used them a few times now and are happy to have found them. They offer deals when they are working in the area, they are professional and punctual, and our gutters look great after they've serviced them.

The came, cleaned all the gutters on the house and inspected them as well. They pointed out the ones that needed repair or replacement.

Shawn and Dave arrived at the early part of the scheduled time frame I was given. They set to work immediately and finished quickly. My windows look like they did when they were first installed. They were professional and friendly throughout their time at my house.

Eager to wash our windows, they came out within 3 days after purchasing the big deal. I was a little confused as to why they showed up since I had not scheduled a date, so I called to find out what was going on. Turns out the scheduler got a little ahead of the game. The owner was very apologetic and was willing to send out his cleaner after the exterior of my house was painted. I really appreciated the "no hassle" attitude.

This was done while I was not at home, but they came when they were supposed to, cleaned the gutters and roof, and left no mess on the deck or yard. I was very pleased with them.

Arrived on time. Very professional and courteous.

The employees showed up on time. They seemed friendly and courteous. I needed to leave about an hour into their work. At this time they were setting up a large extension ladder on my front porch steps. When I returned, one of the front steps which is made of stone and mortar, was broken. It presented a dangerous situation to anyone walking up or down as they could easily fall on the broken step. I also found the remnants of smoked cigarettes on the ground at my door. I called the manager right away. He apologized for both situations and said he would be in touch. Next, he had the employee call. He denied using a ladder at my front porch because he said I "have no steps there". When I said I have 7 steps at the front porch he said he must have forgotten about the ladder. He then replied, "I'm sorry, I mean I don't remember anything." I'm very disappointed they did not admit their errors. Accidents happen and that's okay. If he would have taken responsibility, the situation could have been resolved. Now we've had to spend at least as much to fix the steps as we originally paid the company to clean the gutters.

Excellent work, no complaints. I may, however, call them back, since the fascia under one gutter is rotten, and will need replacing.

The gutter cover was repaired quickly and i was very satisfied with the results.

The workers arrived on time and were polite. They blew the leaves off the roof, were to cleaned the gutters and cleaned up afterwards. My overall rating would be higher but I could not verify that the gutters were actually cleaned. A few months later I noticed my gutters were overflowing with rain water, but I cannot say if this due to them not initially being cleaned or if additional leaves clogged them up again.
